TomTom offers details on Walmart exclusive GPS devices for Black Friday |
Black Friday is this week and shoppers are already gearing up to storm retail stores early to get the best deals before they sell out. Two GPS from TomTom are being offered at Walmart including the TomTom One 125 SE and the TomTom XL 325 SE.
The units have many of the same features including TomTom Map Share technology, 30-day maps guarantee, Help Me menu and both are ready for optional services like traffic and fuel prices. The two differ in screen size with the 125 SE using a 3.5-inch touchscreen and the 325 SE offering a 4.3-inch touchscreen.




It ain’t easy getting all of the cool toys you want in this economy. But Walmart aims to make it a little easier if you’ve been waiting to get a BlackBerry 9700 on Monday. The outfit is currently running a promotion from November 14th to the 20th where you’ll get a $100 Walmart gift card with every BlackBerry purchase.
So you’ve put off that purchase of a Blackberry, right? You’ve been waiting for a deal. Well, don’t wait any longer than next week. That’s when Walmart shoppers will be given a $100 gift card if they purchase nearly any BlackBerry phone on a 2-year contract from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon Wireless.

So, you’ve been waiting for the iPhone to hit Walmart, so you can stock up on paper towels, buy a DVD and throw an iPhone in your squeaky cart all at once. Well you’re in luck assuming you didn’t get killed by greedy shoppers during black Friday. Looks like Apple will begin selling the iPhone at Wal-Marts on December 28th.

According to Dow Jones, as of tomorrow, Walmart will be the cheapest place to buy the T-Mobile G1. Over 550 Walmart stores will begin selling the G1 tomorrow for $148.88 to new T-Mobile customers, or those eligible for an upgrade, with the usual two-year contract. That’s a savings of $31.11 at Wal-Mart as opposed to buying through T-Mobile, which sells the device for $179.99.
