Thanko Notebook Desk with USB hub and LED lights

Thanko has introduced an ugly looking notebook desk that makes up for it’s lack of style by coming equipped with a USB hub, a laptop cooling fan and some shiny LED lights.

The built-in USB hub has 4 USB 2.0 ports, while the LED lights are powered by four batteries or USB bus power. Folks in Japan, who don’t mind a bit of ugly in their gadgets can buy the new Thanko notebook desk for about $50.

These awesome retro robots are actually Robot USB Hubs. Each has four usb ports, one on each of their arms and legs. They also feature LED eyes which show you the power status when they’re connected. These USB Robots are available in six different colors and designs, like pink, red, black, light blue, gray and yellow.

They are only $18.95 each. They’re pretty cute. If you buy more then one, make sure they don’t start plotting your demise behind your back. I love robots, so I’ll be getting several of these myself.

At long last struggling magicians have their own USB hub. Which is good news for them, because up until now their greatest trick has been making their own careers disappear. This might get them back in the game now that they have office jobs, allowing them to turn their cubicle into an office magic show. The cables magically plug into the hat.

USB hub with switchesThis USB hub may look different, even retro, but it’s just a standard USB hub. Well, yes and no. It does let you know which USB cable is connected just by looking at it, thanks to an LED which lights up.

Each connection has it’s own switch, so you’ll have full control over whether it’s connected or not. It’s pretty cool just because it looks like it came out of the 1970′s. $88 seems a bit steep, but hey, we’re talking switches and LEDS.
