LG announces ultra-slim new Blade Series Notebooks |
LG has introduced two new notebooks, the P430 and P530. These are the first in the LG’s new Blade series and will launch later this month. These ultra-slim notebooks deliver style without sacrificing performance. The P430 and P530 feature a 14-inch and 15.6-inch LED LCD screen, a thickness of 4.5mm and 4.7mm. In fact, the screens of the P430 and P530 are up to 50 percent thinner than any other notebooks in their class.
Other features include a 1.3 HD web-cam, SRS and DLNA technology, and Nvidia Graphics GeForce GT520M. The LG P430 and LG P530 come in Misty Blue and Titan Black.

I-O Data has unveiled their latest external Blu-ray burner, the BRP-US6. The BRP-US6 connects to your notebook via the USB 2.0 port and keeps things slim. Some specifics include 6x burning for BD-R SL, 2x for BD-R DL/BD-RE and 6x reading with BD-ROM discs.
Not that it’s a competition or anything, but Logitec of Japan is now claiming the thinnest wireless router in the world. The LAN-W300N/R measures a sickly and anorexic 7mm at its thinnest part, while the widest part is a mere 24mm thick.
