ultimateearssuctomep-sbMusicians often use in-ear monitors so they can hear what they are saying or playing over the crowd and music in the venue. The monitors also help prevent the musicians from losing their hearing over time. Emerging artists may not be able to afford the same high-end ear monitors as the big stars, but they can get custom monitors on the cheap.

Ultimate Ears makes a full line of headphones for iPod’s and other MP3 players as well as a full line of professional in ear monitors. The company has announced a new budget pair of monitors called the UE 4 Pro that retail for $399.

ultimate_ears_700-sbOne of the things that most music fans notice right away about their new iPod or other MP3 player is that the headphones included with the players leave a lot to be desired. Typically, the most lacking aspect on most earphones or headsets is bass. Thankfully, there are many sets of earphones around that can upgrade the sound quality from your MP3 player.

Logitech has announced a new set of Ultimate Ears 700 noise-isolating earphones. The earphones offer music fans the same audio quality that is enjoyed by 75% of touring musicians says Logitech. The 700 series earphones are each smaller than a dime for comfort.

Typically I think earphones are expensive if they push into the $50 price range, though I have tried sets that run into the hundred dollar range before. Ultimate Ears has announced a new set of earphones called the TripleFi 10vi that carries a price more expensive than your iPhone.

Ultimate Ears are loud enough for kids
Some of you are concerned parents. Concerned about gadgets. No, I kid. And speaking of kids, these Ultimate Ears Loud Enough Earphones are child friendly and designed to protect their delicate eardrums. Which is pretty important as eardrums can be permanently damaged due to loud music. And kids especially like it loud.

That’s why Ultimate Ears has released the Loud Enough Earphones in blueberry, mint, or plum, all with matching cases. A pair will cost you $40 rather then costing your kid premature deafness. No matter what the volume dial says, these earphones keep it all soft.
