Those crafty folks over at Tokyoflash have yet another weird watch in the Traffic Watch. This one uses three map routes to display the time. The hours are displayed as the city streets marked in blue, while 5 minute intervals are shown along the subway line. The single minutes are shown in green.

There is also an optional night mode animation between 6pm to midnight. It can be recharged via USB, and will last for roughly a month on a 3.5 hour charge. The battery is good for up to 300 charge cycles, and can be replaced when needed.

Obviously people that own Internet gadget stores and websites want to know which parts of their site visitors are hitting the hardest. But some like to peruse their stats while enjoying a bowl of cereal in the morning. Or so this concept suggests.

The Emotional Statistics bowl is a whole new way of displaying traffic stats, it uses flashing diodes to represent how deeply into a website a visitor has ventured, if the center lights up it means that they have bought something. Score!

Art Lebedev Studios has introduced it’s Luxofor traffic light prototype, with square lenses that are lit up by superbright diodes to make it them more visible to drivers and pedestrians. As usual, a million of you have slapped your head and asked “Why didn’t I think of that?”

The square light fills up the same space taken up by a round lens more completely. It’s just a concept right now, but the Art Lebedev team wants to cooperation with road safety councils and local authorities to improve and design road markings and signs. What will the team think of next?
