There’s a new stun gun in town. It’s name is the X12. It will stop you stone cold. The X12 stun gun was launched at the Global Security Asia 2009 event on Thursday and all kinds of law enforcement agencies want in. The X12 fires a jolt wirelessly through the air and can even cut through clothing to paralyze a perpetrator up to 88 feet away.

The product will be available in June, so criminals better shape up by then as geting hit with this thing doesn’t sound like a whole lot of fun. Sure, they say “It can penetrate clothing and transmit electrical impulses, causing the body to be temporarily paralysed, unlike conventional stun guns which causes immobility by causing pain.” But our guess is it has to hurt to be effective.

It used to be that stun guns were so expensive that only the elite and law enforcement could enjoy them. Not anymore. Behold the Thunder Stun Gun. Now you can electrocute people for the price of a cheap meal. The Thunder Stun gun delivers 200,000 to 750,000 volts for just 13 dollars. Because you shouldn’t have to go broke to fry another human being’s innards. If the price tag was a shock to you, just imagine how your target is going to feel.

Stun guns that look like phones are nothing new, but they usually look pretty crappy. That’s not the case with this Sony Ericsson W700. It looks normal, but has a stun button that delivers a 900,000-volt electric shock via two small metal prongs.

British Police recently confiscated this W700 phone and it’s the first time we are hearing about a Sony Ericsson W700 stun gun. The price seems to be between $50 and $100. Interestingly, UK police use 50,000V stun guns. The police were shocked to find it.
The 21-year-old man was charged with aggravated burglary of a business and possessing an offensive weapon.
