World’s most expensive iPad is $8 million

Behold, the iPad2 Gold History edition. Asin, your money is history. It was as usual, designed and crafted by Stuart Hughes in Liverpool UK. It is encrusted with 16.5 cts of ‘I’F’ flawless diamonds, 53 individually set sparkling gems, a solid 24ct Apple logo and the rear section produced again in 24ct gold.

It weighs 2,000 grams and the front frame of this iPad is made from one of the oldest rocks in the world, the Ammolite, sourced from Canada and dating over 75 million years old. That’s not all, sections of a 65 million year old T-Rex dinosaur’s thigh bone has been splintered and then shaved into the Ammolite and finished off with a single cut 8.5ct flawless diamond inlaid in platinum and surrounded by 12 outer flawless diamonds.

Stuart Hughes is known for their gold, platinum, diamond, and crystal encrusted gadgets. But how do you up the ante on those precious gems? You use a material that dates back to 65 million years. This one was conceived by his wife, Katherine Hughes.

It’s the iPhone 4 History Edition, the world’s first Dinosaur mobile phone. It uses a tooth of a 65 million year old T-REX and meteor stone together to dress up the rear of the iPhone. The rim is caked with 8.5ct ‘IF’ flawless diamonds and a diamond studded Apple logo set in platinum on the tooth and stone rear.

Stuart Hughes has been busy doing what they do best, making garish and tacky luxury iproducts. Now the company is announcing another new iPad model: the world’s first 18ct white gold iPad. Your mugger will surely appreciate your lack of style and good taste.

This white gold iPad is made from solid white gold and called the iPad Supreme Ice Edition. It weighs a full 2kg, making it the heaviest iPad ever made. The iPad itself is the WiFi 64GB version.

Stuart Hughes is offering an entry-level alternative to its $3.2 million iPhone 3GS Supreme. The new Nokia Supreme will cost you £99,995 (or $160k).

For that price you get a fairly boring Nokia 8800 loaded with 12.5 cts of pink diamonds, handmade veneers made from 83 grams of platinum, and a navigation button with a single 3 ct diamond. Want one? Only three were made.
