Sony Pictures hacked by Lulz Security, claim 1,000,000 passwords stolen |
You shouldn’t kick someone when they are down, but that is just what Lulz Security has done by breaking into SonyPictures.com. It claims to have stolen the personal information of over 1,000,000 users, stored in plain text format.
Lulz says that it was done with a simple SQL injection. Part of the group’s exploit is even posted online in a RAR file, which contains over 50,000 emails and passwords of users. Poor Sony. They just can’t catch a break. The Playstation store was only just restored and now this.

The details are a bit sketchy, but the word coming out of Sweden is that some 35-year-old tech obsessed dude was brazen enough to steal several prototype phones from Sony Ericsson’s Lund offices on Monday or Tuesday. As you might expect, he was arrested on Wednesday when police found the prototypes at his home. Oh and he apparently also had a hundred other phones.
Bike theft is always going on, especially in big cities. And it really sucks to have your bike stolen and have to walk home. The exploding bike lock…explodes.
It took place in Melbourne, Florida. A truck carrying over 1400 PlayStation 2 systems was been stolen today. After a long trip over the weekend, the driver slept overnight on Sunday and didn’t realize the truck was gone until he woke up on Monday morning.
