iCondom: Four years in the makingThe first ever “Clever condom”. They took 4 years to perfect them. The best packaging created by the best designers. They use a special patented formula of latex and the product ushers in a new era in the history of safe sex. It’s basically another arrogant iProduct that would perfectly compliment your iPhone, iMac, or MacBook.

It’s actually some sort of viral promotion. Pretty funny site. They got the attitude and arrogance spot on. People would probably buy them based on this site’s pitch alone.

3G iPhone announcement expected at WWDC 2008Apple has put out an official announcement that Steve Jobs and a number of other suits from Apple will be kicking off the Worldwide Developers Conference this year in San Francisco. The press release says that this years conference will showcase both the OS X Leopard and the OS X iPhone, but we’re thinking there will be a new iPhone announcement, too.

The event meets the expected timeline for the launch of the 3G iPhone, the UK has run out of iPhone stock and we wouldn’t believe that Jobs would launch the 3G version overseas before launching it stateside first. WWDC 2008 runs for five days from June 9th to June 13th with the keynote from Jobs and crew on the 9th starting at 10am; we’ll be listening.

Jobs said it would happen in February and the date is set for next week on March 6 which we’ll call close enough. The expected information will allow developers to create third party applications that will run on the iPhone and the iPod touch, ridding the need for the hack and fix battle that Apple has been dealing with this past year.

Apple opens up the iPhone

Steve Jobs announced that Apple will be opening up the iPhone for third party applicationsAfter Apple iPhone developers have already had a couple of volleys with hackers who want to run 3rd party applications on the new phone Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple, has today let the hacking community know that they can stop, or at least slow down for a few minutes. Jobs has announced that Apple is going to open up both the iPhone and the iPod Touch for third party application development on the device in February of 2008.

Prior to this the only way to get any third party applications on the iPhone was through an “open” platform on the Safari web browser which runs on the device and was still fairly limiting. Jobs attributed the these development restrictions to security issues stating that open development increases risks of viruses. He also states that these security risks are also why it will take until February to release an SDK for developers.
