BlackBerry 9700 Onyx spottedIn case you were curious as to what the 3G capable BlackBerry 9700 looks like on a hardwood floor, here ya go. The device is rumored to have a November 11 launch date on T-Mobile, but that’s unconfirmed.

That’s about all we have right now. When we last checked in with this guy, it was before it’s heady days posing on hardwood and pouting at the photographer. Some of the rumored specs include: a new Trackpad, Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSDPA, 480×360 resolution screen, OS 5.0, QWERTY keyboard, 3.2 megapixel AF camera and Bluetooth.

Brick Pic: Loch Ness Monster spotted on Google Earth Far be it from us to disagree with a reliable source like The Sun(Who thinks this is the Loch Ness Monster), but judging by the image above, we’re gonna go out on a limb and call it unidentified monster sperm since that’s what it looks like. Which is even scarier.

Slim PS3 spotted?

Slim PS3 spotted?Check out this grainy shot of a PS3 “slim,”. If this turns out to be the real deal, it has a wild redesign and would be one of the smallest Blu-ray devices out there. This is similar to the Slimline PS2, with the familiar curve of the PS3, and even a slot-loading disc drive and 120GB hard drive.

Sony has officially denied its existence saying “We currently don’t have any plans for a redesigned PS3 at this time,” but what else would they say? We’ll probably learn the truth at E3, but at least we have some pics to back it up.

“Alien skull” spotted on Mars

Posted in Humor by Conner Flynn on May 4th, 2009

"Alien skull" spotted on Mars NASA beamed back home some satellite images from mars. One of those images features an oddly shaped space boulder which appears to have eye sockets and a nose. So people are saying it’s a Martial skull. Further speculation shows that the skull is 15 cms with binocular eyes 5 cm apart. Also, the cranial capacity is estimated to be at 1400 cc.

There also appears to be a narrow pointed small mouth leading one to believe that this creature could be carnivorous also. We did some investigation of our own. Our findings are below.

Palm Pre in the wild, running a YouTube appLooks like some photos of the Palm Pre in the wild have cropped up today on Twitter (via lo_toney) and have since been removed. As you can see, the pic above shows it running what looks like a YouTube videos application.

The YouTube video app looks similar to the same app that appears on Palm’s Treo Pro. We have no idea if the pic is real or not, so you tell us what you think.

New Nintendo hardware spotted in pedometer form

Posted in Nintendo by Conner Flynn on September 30th, 2008

New Nintendo hardware spotted in pedometer formNintendo has stated that it doesn’t plan to release “a whole lot more” accessories for the Wii. Most of us take that to mean that there is at least something coming, but is this that something? The images come from some European trademark registry site with very little detail, but it’s some kind of pedometer.

Personally I’m hoping that this doesn’t count as one of the accessories they had in mind. Maybe it’s just a Wii-Fit add-on. That’s what we’re hoping, because we deserve something a bit neater then a pedometer. To release this thing in place of something cooler is…Well it’s evil…And lame. It just looks like a freakin’ box.

Asus Glaxy7 spottedCheck out this shot of an Asus device that might challenge the Samsung Omnia when it’s released. Apparently it’s called the Asus Glaxy7. It runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro and the display looks very similar to the Omnia. Other features are a 3.5 “WVGA 800X480 / 65K Color TFT, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, microSD memory card slot, mini-USB, 200 hours standby, 4 hours talk time, and a trackball that acts like a D-pad. On the back is a 5 megapixel camera with no flash for low light conditions.
