Sony Ericsson Naite now available from Sony Style |
The eco friendly Sony Ericsson Naite is a nice looking candybar phone. It’s now available on the Sony Style website ( “out of stock” at the moment though). The unlocked and unsubsidized phone will cost you $159.
That’s not too bad when you consider that the case made of 50 percent post-consumer recycled plastic and has an ultra-eco charger. Might be a good backup phone. And besides, you are doing your part for the environment. If you don’t, who will?





Environmentalists will like this one. The Sony Ericsson Elm is a candybar phone, and the latest addition to Sony Ericsson’s GreenHeart line, which is all about helping the company reduce its CO2 emissions by 20 percent by the year 2015.

Codenamed “Rachel,” the phone would fit into the XPERIA line occupied only by the X1 but would emphasize speed. Like the Windows Mobile-based Toshiba TG01, it would have a high-end 1GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It may also compete against the iPhone 3GS with “great” 3D graphics capabilities.
This leaked handset is the Sony Ericsson Kiki. It’s interesting for a few reasons and the design is nothing like we’ve seen from Sony Ericsson. For one thing, the screen is made of glass and the screen image appears to be projected onto the glass surface for more in depth images. You’ll also notice the lack of keys.
