Sharp LE600 and LE700 LED TV Series

Sharp LE600 and LE700 LED TV SeriesSharp has unveiled the LE600 and LE700 LED TV series. The LE600 comes in 32-inch, 40-inch and 46-inch sizes, while the LE700 has all of those plus a 52-inch model. Both the LE600 and LE700 series feature Full HD resolution, LED backlights, a contrast ratio of 4,000:1, Sharp’s “X-Gen Panel” with proprietary “Mega Contrast” and “Brilliant colour Processor” technology.

The Sharp LE700 beats the LE600 with a quick 4ms response time, four HDMI ports, and a USB port for playback of MP3 and JPEG files from a USB Flash drive.

Seagate’s FreeAgent Go series hits 640GB

Seagate’s FreeAgent Go series hits 640GBSeagate’s giving its FreeAgent Go drives a new 640GB capacity. It may not be the first external to cross the 500GB threshold, but it’s certainly one of the slimmer ones, physically. Other than that, there’s nothing too special here.

It’s still the standard USB-connected with up to 480Mbps transfer with multiple color options. We don’t have any info on pricing or availability, but since Seagate’s posting promotional materials on its main site, it won’t be long.

LG LH55 series ships

LG LH55 series shipsLG’s latest is the LH55 series of LCD HDTVs, and they’ve started to ship after making a debut at CES earlier in the year. This new line uses the advanced 240Hz technology. The series features TruMotion 240Hz which increases response time, making your experience smoother and giving you a more natural picture.

Some other features in the line include a 80,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, ambient light sensors and four HDMI inputs. You can pick up the LH55 series in 37″, 42″, 47″ and 55″ models, which will cost you $1,399.95, $1,799.95, $2,099.95 and $3,899.95.

Panasonic SC-HC-series iPod D-DocksPanasonic jumps full onto the iPod bandwagon with their SC-HC-Series iPod D-Docks named the SC-HC3 and SC-HC4. Both are very similar. Aside from having unique colors, the SC-HC4 includes an SD memory card slot. You can also rip music from your CDs onto the SD/SDHC card directly without software, with transfer speeds of 8x.

Both docks feature two 2.6″ diameter speakers and a 40W stereo amplifier, a built-in AM/FM radio tuner, 3.5mm auxiliary input jack and display. It doesn’t mention whether the iPhones are supported, but we are guessing they must be. They’ll run you $350 and $400. They arrive in Japan on April 18th.

You can also spend around €2000 on the MDV Advance ST 7200X with a 3.2GHz Core i7-965 CPU, 12GB of PC3-10600 RAM, 1TB of HDD, X58 Chipset, Blu-Ray burner and player, GeForce GTX 285 with 1GB of VRAM and Vista 64bit. The LCD screen is not included.

The Kohjinsha SX Series UMPC is pretty sweet looking, and packs a lot in a small form. It sports an 8.9 inch touch screen display at 1,280 x 768 resolution, Intel Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 60GB HDD, Super Multi-DVD drive, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity.

Some other features include an ExpressCard/34 slot, card readers, two USB 2.0 ports and VGA out. The Kohjinsha SX Series will be available in Japan. You can get it in black or white for $1199.
