Canon has a new printer in their Selphy line. The Selphy ES40. The most interesting aspect of this Selphy is that it comes with a voice-guidance system, which is new territory in the world of printers. Some other features include a 3.5″ LCD display and a scroll wheel to navigate through all of the menus.

The Selphy ES40 printer will retail for $149.99 when released. The Selphy ES40 is great for creative types since it gives you more personalization options for your photos, with things like new frames and clip art under the Creative Print function.

Today Canon introduced three new photo printers with some new features that you’ll appreciate. First up is the PIXMA MP560, which is an all-in-one inkjet with duplex printing, photo correction and Wi-Fi. It also features a USB port for printing directly from external storage. It’s capable of printing 4″ x 6″ prints in grayscale at a rate of 9.2 images a minute and 6 images per minute in color. Price should be $150.

Next up is the MP490, which lacks some of the above features like USB printing, duplex and Wi-Fi. It also has a slower printing rate and a 1.8-inch LCD screen. This one will run you $100.

Canon’s Selphy CP770 portable printer will now come in a special and very pink Hello Kitty design starting November 1st. Everything else about this printer is the same as the vanilla version other than Hello Kitty being slapped all over it. Some features: 2.5’’ angled color TFT LCD display, Auto Image correction function, Auto Red-Eye correction, Wireless printing via IrDA, Multi-memory card reader. No word on pricing yet.

Canon has two new Selphy compact photo printers, the Selphy ES3 and Selphy ES30. Both are nice and portable. The ES3 will come with 1GB of internal memory, a 3.5″ LCD display for navigation and preview and a 15-in-1 memory card reader.

The Selphy ES30 will feature a 3″ LCD display and a 15-in-1 memory card reader. Both include three all-new image effects (Modern Bright, Pinhole Camera and Nostalgic), reduced footprints and a fixed carry handle for easier portability. The handle gives it a bit of a child’s toy look, but what are you gonna do? The Selphy ES3 and Selphy ES30 will cost you $199.99 and $149.99 respectively. They have new photo printing options as well, like new Gold and Silver Easy Photo Packs.
