Philips GoGear Muse 3 portable media player |
Philips has announced the GoGear Muse 3 PMP with a SoundSafe feature that will alert the user if the current volume levels will have an impact on their long-term hearing. It can also regulate the volume to make sure that it stays at a safe level.
Other features include an alternative to the graphic equalizer called SoundPersonalisation where you can adjust the sound just by running your fingers around the screen between the four corners, choosing from powerful, warm, sparkling and vocal. It ships with noise isolation in-ear earphones and comes in 8GB or 16GB capacities for $176 and $224.

RAmos has introduced its latest portable media player, the T11 RK. It’s similar to its predecessor design-wise, but inside you’ll find different specs. This PMP features some impressive interface and touch controls and is powered by the Rockchip RK2806 chipset.
Samsung’s YP-R1 is a smallish and good looking portable media player that will hit South Korea next month. Sadly, we don’t have a price on the device yet. We do have some specs though.
