Kodak announces Easyshare Touch, Mini and Sport Cameras, Playfull and Playsport Camcorders

Kodak just announced a bunch of new cameras and camcorders at CES. There’s the Easyshare Touch, Mini and Sport Cameras, along with their Playfull and Playsport Camcorders.

The Kodak Playfull camcorder features an ultraslim design with a 1080p capture mode and a share feature. Just press the “share” button and you can upload your video directly to YouTube or your favorite social network. All for $150.

Their next generation Playsport video camera is waterproof in up to ten feet of water, shockproof, dustproof and capable of recording video at 1080p, with five megapixel still images. Fear not, for this one also has a share button and will retail for about $180.

Kodak’s 14 MP Slice touchscreen camera, Pulse digiframe and Playsport Camcorder

Kodak was busy showing off some new products at CES. The first is the ‘Slice’ touchscreen camera, which comes with a 3.5 inch rear display, 5x optical zoom, 14mp sensor, image stabilization, and 30fps 720p video capture. It can take up to 5000 images and also sports a new direct-tag feature.

The Pulse digital photo frame features Wi-fi, 512 MB storage and a 7 inch display to view images at 800×600 pixels. Then there’s the Playsport Camcorder, which is rugged enough to endure some extreme situations. It supports HD recording, has a 2 inch LCD, 5 MP still shots, smart face tracking and SD/SDHC card slots. It also has a HDMI output and supports USB.
