Now and then an invention comes along that solves problems with such a simplistic approach, you have to wonder why you never thought of it. The PermaFLOW drain is one such invention. Clogged drains are a pain. For one thing you can’t see what’s going on down there. And removing the pipe is not as easy as it sounds.

The PermaFLOW drain should make clogs a thing of the past. If it gets clogged, just turn the knob on the side and you will crank that blockage out of the way. Couldn’t be easier.

e-cigarettes seem pretty fashionable these days. I guess it beats being hooked up to an iron lung machine. Despite the fact that some people have a huge problem with smoking, it’s a part of our culture. We even covered a phone that looks like a carton of smokes awhile back.

Riding the wave of e-cigarettes is this electronic pipe. The Electronic Pipe will give you the taste and feel of smoking on a pipe while looking like you are solving crimes in the 19th century. So some Russians had a bathroom design contest and they came up with this toilet, named “Mrs. Hudson” for some reason. I have no idea why. Maybe Mrs. Hudson is known for huge steaming BMs and affectionately called the pisser behind closed doors. It’s as good a guess as any. Design firm 2-B-2 Architecture claims that this winning toilet was “inspired by a water drop,”. Aren’t they all? The Russkies are crazy. I’m thinking some guy appears and shouts Riiicolllla and blows in this thing creating a huge mess.

Skullcandy has an interesting and strange new, even somewhat biological looking iPod/iPhone dock called “Pipe”. It looks like a pipe. It also looks like a sawed off femur that’s been aged. Perfect for the coroner or surgeon that likes to have his music on hand and be reminded of his craft at the same time.

It features a clever little plus and minus button on front which I’m sure you can figure out, comes with a remote and the skull logo is on the side. Looks like it would make a good weapon too, which is a bonus. Or a baton for practicing relay races. All this can be yours for $90.
