Nextar recently unveiled a new GPS navigation system which also includes a back-up camera so you don’t squish yours or someone else’s kids. It is called the Nextar I4-BC and you’ll find it pricing around $260.

The Nextar I4-BC consists of a touchscreen GPS unit sporting a 4.3-inch display and a wireless-enabled camera which attaches near the rear license frame. When in backup, the camera flips on and takes over the navigation unit’s screen, showing what is in your path that you might potentially run over.

Nextar Castle and Carriage Frames

Nextar is introducing a couple of unusual digital frame designs for those seeking something unique, or scary, to share with their loved ones. The new Nextar Castle and Carriage frames price at around $50 each.

The Nextar Castle and Carriage frames sport 3.5-inch TFT LCD displays framed by either a storybook castle or a pumpkin carriage. Beyond the cutesy looks, these frames function much the same way other typical frames do. They sport a flash media card slot for SD, MMC or Memory Stick cards of up to 2GB capacity and support most types of JPEG files.

Nextar N3-505

With Father’s Day in just a few days Nextar, a consumer electronics company, announced a digital picture frame which is already available at retail. It is called the Nextar N3-505 and you’ll find it running around $50.

The Nextar N3-505 is a 3.5-inch digital picture frame set in a black wood frame. The display is a 262k color TFT QVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 240. The frame itself includes a magnetic stand so it can be adjusted for vertical or horizontal photo viewing.
