Need for Speed Shift demo coming October 1 |
When it comes to racing and driving games one of the top franchises is EA’s Need for Speed. The games have been around for years and EA has announced that the playable demo for the next installment of the franchise is set to hit the PS3 and the Xbox on October 1.
The playable demo for Need for Speed Shift will allow players to drive two circuits including Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and the tight city circuit of London River. The game will also offer five vehicles for players to sample with real-world physics.

I have been a big fan of EA’s Need for Speed franchise for years. Most of us have probably played the games and though that it would be cool to do those things in real life; aside from crashing, running form the cops and being arrested that is.
I have been playing the Need for Speed series since it debuted for the PC and PS2 years ago. One of the things I missed most with Need for Speed Pro Street was the cop chases. Need for Speed Hot Pursuit was one of my favorite games in the series thanks to the police chases.
