MSI WindPad 110w tablet up for pre-order

MSI has just made its WindPad 110w available for pre-order for $599.99. For that price, you get a 10-inch screen (1280 x 800), 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 32GB solid state drive, a pair of full-size USB ports, a mini-HDMI port, Windows 7 and AMD’s Brazos processor.

MSI 14 Inch CX480 Laptop With nVidia GeForce GT 520M

MSI has announced their new CX480 laptop which features an Intel 2nd generation Core i processor. You can get it with either a Core i5-2410 (2.30GHz) or Core i3-2310 (2.10GHz). It also packs in an nVidia GeForce GT520M discrete graphics card with 1GB of DDR3 display memory and supports DirectX 11 and automatic graphics switching to help your battery life.

It will also boot in half the time traditional laptops take. The hard drive is moved away from the edge and encased in a sort of air bag which should protect it if you drop the laptop. Nothing on price or availability yet.

MSi Compact Wind Box DC540 And DC100

MSi has unveiled its new MSI Wind Box DC540 and DC100 compact PC’s at Computex 2011. The new MSi Wind Box DC100 features an AMD E-350 dual-core accelerated processing unit (APU) 1.6 GHz and Radeon HD 6310 graphics, and can run on just 18 Watts of power. It also provides a 70% power savings, compared to conventional desktop computers.

The Wind Box DC540 comes with an Intel Cedar Trail-D processor and is about four times the size of the DC100. Both systems come with Microsoft’s new Windows 7 64-bit operating system and Microsoft Office 2010.

The MSI WindPad 110W is now available for pre-order via ExcaliberPC. This device features an AMD C-50 processor and a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800) capacitive IPS multi-touch display.

To refresh your memory, it also features ATI Radeon HD 6250 graphics, a 32GB SSD, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, Bluetooth 3.0, a 1MP front-facing camera, a 3MP rear camera, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, a 4,200mAh battery, GPS and the Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium OS is running the show. The MSI WindPad 110W will cost you $599.

MSI announces Smart Touch AIO-Wind Top AE2070

MSI has released its new touch model, the Wind Top AE2070. It’s a 20-inch, multi-touch LCD screen with MSI proprietary Wind Touch 4 smart user interface and includes software that allows you to connect to social networks. The 20″ screen supports resolutions up to 1600 x 900.

Other features include two 3W speakers with SRS Premium Sound, along with Intel 2nd generation Dual-core Processor G620 and Intel HD Graphics 2000. Hardware upgrade options include the Intel Core i3 CPU or NVIDIA GeForce GT540M high-performance graphic card.

MSI launches new X370 Notebook

MSI has launched a new X370 notebook that features AMD’s E-350 processor. It features MSI’s ECO Engine which is designed to save power. That’s great news for your electric bill. The Notebook measures less than one inch thick and weighs just 1.4KG, with a battery life of up to 10 hours.

Other features include a dual core AMD E350 processor, a 13.4 inch HD backlit LED display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, AMD Radeon HD 6310 discrete graphics card, your choice of either a 320GB, 500GB or 640GB hard drive, one HDMI port, one VGA port, two USB 2.0 ports and a card reader.

MSI announces GX680 Gaming Laptop

MSi wants you to get your game on and so it has unveiled its latest gaming laptop, the MSi GX680, which packs in Intel’s second generation Core i7 quad core processor. There’s also NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M discrete graphics supporting Direct X 11 and 4 x DDR3 memory slots that can be fitted with a a maximum of 16GB of memory and accelerated dual hard disk architecture.

The MSi GX680 also features Turbo Drive Engine (TDE) technology. Just hit the Turbo hotkey and instantly improve the system performance, so it can handle even more graphics intensive gaming sessions. That feature alone should win gamer’s hearts.

If you want a tablet that runs Windows, the WindPad 100W from MSI might be for you. It will cost you 550 Euros in Europe and it’s now available in the US for $709.95.

The tablet sports a 10.1-inch screen, Windows 7 Starter, Intel Atom Z530 CPU, and 2GB of RAM. It stores data and software to a 32GB SSD and has WiFi, a memory card reader, and a mini HDMI output. It’s a bit expensive, but if you want it it is available now.

With so many tablets to choose from, it’s amazing that any company can get a grip on the market. The MSI WindPad U100W Windows 7 tablet hopes to capture the hearts and minds in France where it will be launched next month for 550 Euros ($730).

MSI has unveiled their latest new all-in-one desktop PC, the MSI WindTop AE2210, which packs Intel’s new Sandy Bridge platform inside. This AIO features a 22-inch multitouch screen with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 1080P Full HD high resolution panel.

Some other features include an Intel Core i7 processor, DirectX 11-capable integrated graphics, an HDMI input and two USB 3.0 ports for high speed data transfer. This MSI WindTop AE2210 22-inch all-in-one PC will arrive in the first quarter of 2011.

MSI notebooks ready to rock CES 2011

MSI is ready for CES 2011, where they will showcase some new notebooks along with tablet devices. Two new WindPad tablets will be on display, with the Wintel-powered WindPad 100W accompanying the WindPad 100A that runs on the ARM/Android platform. Both will come with modules including G-Sensor gravity detecting devices, an ALS light sensor, and Wi-Fi.

The WindPad 100A will run on Android 2.1 Eclair, with a 10.1-inch multi-touch control display, an ARM processor, a digital compass, a GPS locator, a G-Sensor gravity detecting device, an ALS light sensor, and Wi-Fi with 3G support optional. The Windows 7 Home Premium-powered MSI WindPad 100W is also a 10.1-incher that has an Intel mobile processor and 32GB SSD, a G-Sensor, an ALS light sensor and Wi-Fi.

MSI introduces MSI CX620 with 3D display

MSI is introducing a version of their MSI CX620 laptop with a 15.6-inch 3D display that uses circular polarization technology, so special glasses are required to use it. There are three different modes that you can choose from for the display. There’s native 3D, automatic 2D to 3D conversion, or standard 2D.

The CX620 can be configured with an Intel Core i3 or i5 CPU. Both models feature a 1 GB Radeon CPU, WiFi, HDMI output, and a webcam. Sadly, we don’t have an availability date or pricing information.

MSI debuts slick GX660 and GX660R notebooks

MSI has a wide range of notebooks and other computers in its line that include some nice netbooks and AIO desktop offerings. The company has added some interesting new notebooks aver the last month or so to its offerings and among them are the new GX660 and GX660R notebooks.

The two notebooks both have 15.6-inch screens WiFi, Bluetooth, 720p HD webcams, HDMI output, ATI Radeon HD 5870 Broadway XT graphics, and USB 3.0 ports. Some of the other hardware differs between the models. The GX660 has an Intel Core i5-450m CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 500GB of storage.

MSI launches first Multi-Touch 24” Full HD 3D All-in-One PC with USB 3.0

MSI has introduced the first high performance 3D all-in-one machine ever. The Wind Top AE2420 comes with a full HD 3D multi-touch display, and a 120Hz high scanning frequency LED panel. When used with the bundled MSI3D Infinity shutter glasses, you should have a great 3D viewing experience, without any blurred 3D images or other problems.

Some other specs include Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD5730 discrete graphics chip with DirectX 11 support, USB 3.0 and MSI Premium Sound Technology.
