Last month MSI talked a bit about the slick new Big Bang mainboard when it teased the device. MSI has now come back and offered up more details on the board and announced that it is set to launch the board. This will be one of the hottest boards for gamers on the market.

The big feature of the Big Bang is the Lucid Hydra engine that allows the board to support mixed and matched video cards of different models and brands. The board can hold up to three video cards at once. It also features the NVIDIA nForce 200 SLI processor allowing for three-way SLI.

Asus’ Sabertooth 55i motherboard is part of the TUF Series, a series made especially to handle heavy duty computing, whether you demand lots of power or are a hardcore gamer. It will perform under the most extreme conditions.

You can count on the fact that Asus TUF Series motherboards have been put through their paces in their testing program. The Sabertooth 55i motherboard features the Intel P55 chipset along with a CoolMem! Fan Frame that will fit most standard 40mm or 50mm computer fans. These boards are solidly made and equipped with components that have passed military-style testing.

Motherboards are always cool to look at, but soon Asus will be rolling out a brand new Marine Cool concept motherboard that is truly a sight to behold. The board will target hard core gamers and one of the main features is a brand new backplate with “micro-porous ceramic” technology, which is said to deliver quicker heat dissipation while improving the structural integrity of the board.

What this means is a better ability in handling overclocking, which gamers will love. The motherboard will also use a couple of SO-DIMM memory slots to save space for other components.
