Monster Miles Davis high-performance in-ear headphones |
Monster is best known for high quality audio equipment and so it’s a name you can trust when it comes to audio. They’ve just released the Miles Davis Tribute high-performance in-ear headphones, which come in an individually numbered limited edition.
Aside from that, owners of these new headphones will get a special treat by being able to enjoy the official 50th Anniversary boxed set of the artist’s album Kind of Blue, free of charge. It includes a few music CDs, a DVD and a 24-page booklet. Some other features include a gold/brass finish inspired by Miles Davis’ trumpet.

Monster is a brand that says two things to me when I hear the name — sound quality and expensive. The company has unveiled a new set of headphones called the Monster Turbine Pro that promises professional level sound, but that promise comes at a steep price.
The Monster Beats by Dr. Dre line has several different sets of headphones that are not cheap and are over ear headphones that are very large. Most people, especially the ladies, don’t really want huge headphones to listen to their music with.
Monster may be best known for its insanely expensive cable solution for home theater and car audio. The company also offers other expensive wares like headphones and power supplies for home theater.
This new remote from Monster looks like a vintage Sci-Fi prop. The bad kind. You can almost hear the cheesy sound effects and bad soundtrack. Which is why I think this is awesome. The Monster MCC AV50 Home Theater Controller will be available next month for $50.

It will take up to 6 USB gadgets and it’s seventh leg goes to your computer. I guess some guy who really likes bugs had some spare time on his hands. It’s made from fabric and wires and is a great scarecrow to keep your kids away from the computer.
Way back in January at CES 2008 we first heard of the
First off, sorry about the photo - that backside shot is the only one we could find. It belongs to the center speaker of a new series of speakers Monster announced today called the StreamLine 100. Prices vary between $300 and $600, depending upon which speaker component you need.

There’s nothing real new technology-wise with this wireless bridge from Monster, but it definitely has the looks to get our attention. The wireless bridge is designed for use with an Apple iPod (what isn’t?) by connecting a transmitter to the base of the player. A 2.4GHz signal is then sent from the player attachment to the base station at a distance of no more than 30 feet.
