Lexar has announced two new memory cards that offer up some higher capacities for phone and camera users. First there’s the 16GB microSDHC card, which features 34nm technology and can hold up to 4,000 songs.

Next is the 32GB Platinum II SDHC card, which also uses 34 nm techology and can transfer data at up to 60X. Supposedly, it can write at 9MB/sec and will hold 12 hours of HD footage and can even be used for holding RAW files. Both are available now.

WiPC, created by BlueRadios, Inc., is a wireless mobile broadband device that supplies access to Internet-based information and entertainment content as well as voice, data, and video communications. It uses a high-resolution color liquid crystal micro display, superior magnifying optics, and video technologies to create a virtual 15 inch image equal to a standard notebook display.

WiPC systems provide a full PC color image perfect for viewing standard web pages and HD media.

The Pocket Grappling Hook is a pocket size Hook(1″ x 5.5″) , with spikes that unscrew and are stored in the water resistant “o”-ring sealed body.

To use the Micro Grappling Hook just retrieve it from your pocket, unscrew the base to reveal the three tiny spikes, then thread them into their holes. Then it’s just recap and swing the hook toward the target. And you larger figured heroes needn’t worry. It’s been lab tested to hold more than 350 lbs. Anyway, I have never seen anybody that huge trying to throw a grapple and climb anything.

One of the ways for fans of mobile multimedia like movies and personal video on the go can view content on a larger screen is with a small projector. Some day mobile phones will have projectors built-in, but until then 3M has a perfect projector for someone looking for a very portable unit.

The projector is called the 3M MPro110 and is one of the tiniest projectors ever made. It measures in at a mere 115mm x 50mm x 22mm (L x W x H) and weighs 152g. Despite the small size, the projector can throw an image of 5-inches to 50-inches and offers a resolution of 640 x 480.

When Moti Barzilay had to design something iconic in the Apple universe of products, something he felt was missing, the iShow was the end result. It’s a portable projector designed for Apple’s line of iPods, iPhones, and MacBooks.

The body turns on when you pull the two discs apart to reveal a pico projector and some ports. The projection system is LED based. Not very many details other then that, but since it’s a concept we can hope for HD resolution and the ability to roll itself around and take a charge by becoming a yo-yo and offering up some nice tricks with the string. That would be something to see Steve Jobs play with on stage.
