The JetStreamHD is a new media streaming device for the iPad, which converts any media format in real-time to accommodate for your mobile device and adaptively adjusts the streaming bit-rate to make best use of your Wi-Fi or 3G connection strength.

The JetStreamHD is designed to remove any headaches, like with conversion issues, download time, sync hassles, or iPad memory limits. All you have to do is connect with your iPad over Wi-Fi or 3G and then you’ll be enjoying thousands of movies, TV shows, songs and photos from your home network. Sounds pretty good.

Viewsonic announced its NexTV VMP75 media streamer last month, but we didn’t have a date as to when we could expect it. Now we have our answer. The device is shipping now from Amazon and Newegg.

The official release date is July 19th, but who knows, you could receive it before then if you’ve already pre-ordered the device or get your order in soon. The device itself is listed at $129.99, and will give you Netflix streaming, and support for playback of content from either your home network or an attached drive.

Addlogix is releasing an upgrade to its IV-2020, which lets you display your computer screen on a television display. This upgrade, known as the IV-2020-RC, will run you around $230.

The IV-2020-RC, as an upgrade, now features an an IR remote control which will allow users to control the mouse and perform basic text entry and other keystrokes from another room. The primary focus of this device is to allow to view streaming video wirelessly to a TV or projector via the computer’s onboard or add-on IEEE 802.11 b/g adapter., according to Addlogix.
