Lashlight Mascara lights up your lashes

Lashlight Mascara lights up your lashesIt’s interesting how technology is finding a place in women’s cosmetics more and more. The Lashlight has a brush-tip that gives you access to even the tiniest lashes and the exclusive light-up LED wand spotlights every lash you might have missed.

I’m assuming this is HUGE OMG news for women. It also features a close-up mirror on the side of the tube for when you need to fix things on the go. But that’s not all. The formula contains millions of microscopic mirrors that bounce light off your lashes to make your eyes look brighter.

Laptop concepts aimed at women

Laptop concepts aimed at womenNikita Buyanov made a bunch of concept laptops for HP-Intel, custom made specifically for women. The laptops come with a range of interesting features, aimed at the fairer sex. There’s some crazy stuff. Like laptops that double as weighing machines, some that carry makeup, with features like mirror mode and a built-in on-nail printing device. The Chameleon, for instance, changes color to blend with its surroundings.

The one that would likely be most offensive to women is pictured above, HP Makeup. It’s obscenely pink and if you press the big button, the screen will change to mirror mode so they can apply makeup. It also has an on-nail printing device.

Estée Lauder & Lancôme launch vibrating mascara
Here’s a little something for all of you special ladies who email me sweet nothings, trying to charm the latest girl-tech out of me. Estée Lauder and Lancôme will soon be launching vibrating mascaras that require batteries and provide women and cross-dressers a way to cover more ground than you can now.

Estée Lauder will launch the TurboLash All Effects Motion Mascara for $30 at Saks Fifth Avenue, which has 125 micropulses-per-second. Lancôme has the Ôscillation, which will give you “a 360-degree coat around each and every lash” when it launches in the fall. Can it vibrate while closed? I’m not sure, but that certainly would be a selling point.
