The folks at iLuv announced today a rather cool looking new dual dock alarm clock which works with the iPhone 3G. It’s called the iMM173 and it prices around $130, with expected availability next month.
The new iMM173 offers dual integrated universal docks for iPods and iPhones. One can choose and play either of the two docked players. There’s also auxiliary line input for audio devices with a 3.5mm jack. Other features include a special user interface on the LCD display, sound enhancement technology, FM radio and an included remote control.

Alesis has come out with a product recently that takes advantage of the popularity and significant storage capacity available in the Apple iPods with a new digital stereo recorder that integrates with the media player. The ProTrack Stereo Handheld Recorder has sleds built into the design to securely dock your iPod inside and use it to store and playback digital audio recordings.
Kensington unveiled a couple of new battery pack/charger combos on Monday for use with Apple’s iPhone and iPods. They didn’t waste any time thinking up snappy names in this case however as the two new products simply go by “Battery Pack and Charger” and “Mini Battery Pack and Charger”. Both work with the iPhone and any current iPod models (except the 3rd generation iPod).
Anyone that owns an iPod has probably noticed at one time or another that all of them lack a common feature found in many other media players - an audio input source. This fact has opened up a market for many 3rd parties to create microphone accessories for the iPod including one of the latest designs, this time from Logitec.
A company going by the name of Grace Digital recently announced some new iPod accessories being hawked under its Lars & Ivan brand. The one catching our eye the most is the Hybrid PA-40Ti, priced at around $450.
GizMac Accessories, a maker of add ons for iPods and iPhones, recently unveiled some new third generation iPod nano cases. These are called the GizMac Aluminate and GizMac DuraSport. Pricing is set at around $30 for both.
Monster unveiled during the
Blue Raven Technology, a provider of iPod accessories, came out this week with three new add-ons for everybody’s favorite digital audio player. These include a voice recorder (around $40), FM transmitter (around $50) and home theater dock (around $80).
