Posted in ASUS by Conner Flynn on May 29th, 2011

Check out these images of the Asus Padfone that surfaced online. It’s being introduced tomorrow and is a package that consists of an Android smartphone and tablet to dock inside. The phone is basically fully swallowed up by the “Pad” when the two are merged and it looks pretty good.

Full specs and functionality will likely be revealed tomorrow at Computex in Taiwan, and we can’t wait to hear the details. We do know that it should be available in two colors.

New Verizon LG Revolution Pics

Posted in LG by Conner Flynn on May 18th, 2011

The LG Revolution from Verizon Wireless will be launching on May 26 and now we have the first real images that have surfaced online. It will feature Bing as the default search engine and run on Verizon’s 4G LTE network. You can see the lock screen and that smooth new black cover in the above image.

We aren’t sure if we prefer the black cover to the silver back that was on display at CES, but either way it looks sexy. And if you are interested in the packaging, it will look nearly identical to that of the HTC Thunderbolt.

Posted in Scales by Conner Flynn on April 1st, 2011

Losing weight is hard. If only we had photos on our scales. That would help. Or maybe not. Either way the Photo Frame Scale will display pictures. Hopefully you can see them under all of your flab. But wait. There’s more.

They also threw in a clock and a thermometer. I guess they think that you are going to spend a lot of time on this scale. The scale takes your body weight in 100g steps (150kg maximum) and is available in white and pink colors. Just $27.

Want to send images from your Olympus camera to your computer without cables? Well, now you can. The Olympus PENpal Bluetooth dongle will slide onto the accessory shoe on top of the Olympus PEN E-PL2 camera and give you full control of it from the camera itself. Pretty neat.

The PENpal can resize your images before sending, to 1280 x 960, 1920 x 1440 or 640 x 480. It is compatible with Android and Windows smartphones, but not the iPad. Just $80 and of course it’s just for Olympus cameras.

Destroyed Apple Products

Posted in Apple by Conner Flynn on November 19th, 2010

There’s something beautiful about a destroyed Apple product. Michael Tompert and photographer Paul Fairchild must think so too since they thought it would be a good idea to destroy a range of Apple products, and they photograph them.

Some of the products used include and iPad and iPhone. I guess it really compliments the product if it is beautiful both intact and destroyed. You can see the rest of the photos of the destroyed Apple products over at Fubiz.
