Griffin updates iTrip Auto |

Griffin Technology announced yesterday it had updated its popular iPod-friendly iTrip Auto for in car music playing. The new iTrip Auto will run you around $60.
Griffin says it updated the design of the new iTrip Auto FM transmitter and iPod charger. It also incorporates the company’s SmartScan function, which “seeks out the best FM frequencies available for iPod use, then selects the best of the best for use in transmitting your iPod’s music to your car’s FM stereo.”



Monster unveiled during the
Blue Raven Technology, a provider of iPod accessories, came out this week with three new add-ons for everybody’s favorite digital audio player. These include a voice recorder (around $40), FM transmitter (around $50) and home theater dock (around $80).
This little attachment for your iPod is an FM transmitter that will send the music on your iPod through your FM radio at home or in your car through an FM frequency of your choosing. There are plenty of FM transmitters on the market that work with iPod’s, but this one from Proporta has got a few stand-out features.
