ezGear unveils a Traveling Surge Protector

Posted in Power Strips by Conner Flynn on February 28th, 2010

With airlines charging you for everything, traveling can be a real hassle. You don’t want to take any additional luggage that you don’t have to. You’ll want to pack the ezGear Surge2Go portable power strip though, as it gives you three outlets with enough space between each for larger plugs.

It also has a built-in surge protector that shields your devices from power surges. An LED indicator lets you know that everything is working as it should.

ezGear has the gadgety solution to cold hands this winter

Posted in Home by Shane McGlaun on December 2nd, 2009

exgearhandwarmer-sgOne of the things that most of us hate most about winter is the cold. My fingers just don’t work right when my hands get cold. I can’t type with cold fingers and cold fingers is just generally annoying. ezGear has a new rechargeable hand warmer that will keep your phalanges nice and toasty.

The device is small at about 1.6 ounces and only 1/3 of an inch thick. The hand warmer is covered in aluminum for good conduction of heat and looks a lot like an iPod to me. The thing ships with a sock to put it in as well.

ezGear Wii MusicPack gives you a whole orchestra, formal attire not included

ezGear Wii MusicPack gives you a whole orchestraYou can use the Wiimote alone as one of any 60 instruments featured in Wii Music. But that’s no fun. You need cheap plastic to really rock out with your orchestra. Plastic in the shape of a violin, saxophone and a pair of drumsticks. Now you’re rockin! Break out the formal-wear and pass some martinis around and your livingroom concert is complete.

The eGear WiiMusic Pack includes all three instrument attachments. The drumstick doubles as a conductor’s baton. That’s still 56 pieces short of a full Wii Music symphony orchestra, but it’s a start. For $30 it will make you feel like you are more then just a Wii music pretender.

ezGear Wii Boxing gloves

ezGear Wii Boxing glovesCheck out these ezGear Wii Boxing Gloves. The picture seems to suggest that they make girls twice as hot, while arming them for a good ass-kicking. Yours, if you get out of line. Style-wise they beat the hell out of the old inflatable Wii Boxing gloves. They also look far more comfortable then real Boxing gloves, and should give you a more realistic experience when you play Wii Boxing.

Eye of the tiger baby. You can win Rock. Just slip the Wii-remote and Nunchuk into the gloves or you can use them while holding the Nunchuk and Wiimote. But why would you want to? If only the girl in the pic would play with me. I call her out right now like Clubber Lang challenging Rocky. She might take up the challenge. Probably figures I’m frail from a life of blogging. Which I am, but I’m training.
