It uses bamboo as well as high-grade steel to produce beautiful music from your old vinyl collection. The company decided to use a bamboo chassis because of the wood’s stabilizing and resonance-damping properties. There are also four adjustable and high-grade steel feet with rubber O-rings. The Montegiro’s Legno luxury wooden turntable is now available for a mind-blowing $13,240.

The latest entry from Sennheiser is the HD 800 a pair of high end headphones that have some style. If you have the scratch to buy them. Sennheiser’s stunning HD 800 headphones stood out when they debuted at CES, because of the innovation that went into making them.

Dell is offering Windows XP on certain home PCs again instead of Vista, but you’ll pay for it. It will cost you another $150 for the older operating system. The Inspiron 1525 laptop and 530 desktop allow you to configure the system with XP, apparently taking advantage of the downgrade loophole normally reserved for business users.

Here’s one for Bentley fans who have $20k to drop on a netbook. The Bentley Laptop by Ego Lifestyle goes all out for that luxurious look, with top quality leather and bold, shiny chrome exterior. I mean, you look at the thing and you want to drive it instead of boot it up. Inside it’s pretty average with an unnamed AMD 64 chipset, 2GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive with a 12.1″ display. For $20k it should also sport wheels and double as an RC car, have a gas tank and come with a hot blonde.

Everyone is looking to buy some gold, seeing it as a safe bet in an uncertain economy. Why not combine your gold with say, your PC and feel like a Bond villain in some underground lair?

While we aren’t sure how much gold this PC contains, it will impress your minions until you you drop them in a shark pond. It does feature an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and a 100GB hard drive, 4GB of RAM, along with eight USB 2.0 ports and two FireWire sockets. No word on price, but it’s a safe bet you can’t afford it. Anyway, you have to go through black market channels for Super-villain goods.

This expensive and ludicrously fancy update to the feathered quill pen doesn’t even have working gears. Those gears are all non-working, making this an expensive ruse with another ruse.

Some other allusions to timepieces include the clip that looks like a watch hand, the decorative balance wheel mounted between two rubies under a sapphire dome, and then there’s the tiny tick marks etched around its barrel. It even has a ruby-studded piston pump to move the ink from its interior to its nib. That’s right I said nib.

Epson just announced two LCD photo viewers. The P-6000 and P-7000. They look pretty decent with 80GB and 160GB respectively, with RAW support, a 35% faster image download speed, 640×480 resolution, and 94% reproduction of the Adobe RB color range.

The price is where they lose you, at $599 and $799. I’m not sure who they are targeting with these other then professional photographers and the like who need to peruse massive amounts of images. Seems pretty expensive for the rest of us ordinary folk.

The Hysek Colosso is pretty different. No other watch company has ever put a spinning globe on your wrist. For some reason they thought it was time and just went for it.

They knew they had hit gold too, so they put a $550,000 price tag on it. After all, it’s not just a globe but a “crystal pustule filled with a dimensional earth rotating for local or GMT time,”. No, this thing doesn’t look like a kid’s watch at all. The price is totally justified.

I can only assume that this awesome looking art-deco style turntable is the direct result of Tim Burton and Beetlejuice wanting to listen to some vinyl together.(The stripes. Get it?) The design is really simple, yet awesome. Thing is, you’ll need a hefty bank account, as this thing is priced to suck up your money faster then a gold-digger needing botox.

Prices start from $47,000 upwards. That’s a ton of dough for a bunch of black circular rings with a silver aluminum backdrop. Germans being the engineering elite that they are, I’m sure it’s top notch, but we’re playing freakin records here. The Lusso features three height adjustable connected cones made from alternating layers of aluminum and black acrylic.
