ECS EB-850R Color e-book Reader

The ECS EB-850R color e-book reader is being shown off at Computex 2011 and features an 8-inch (800 x 600) color resistive touchscreen with a Wondermedia 8650 processor, either 256MB or 512MB of RAM and up to 32GB of storage.

The device is powered by Google Android 2.2 and also features a microSDHC card reader for storage expansion, Wi-FI and optional 2G/3G. This eReader is compatible with ePUB, PDF, FB2, TXT, CHM, RTF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, MP3, AAC, OGG and WAV file formats.

New All-in-one desktop PC from ECS

All-in-one desktop computers are pretty popular, but they don’t always look this nice. Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) has a sexy alternative in their Morph-A all-in-one computer. The design and color choices set it apart from the rest on the market.

We don’t have any info on a price or release date yet, but some specs include a 21.5-inch 1920 x 1080 full HD display, Intel Atom D410 or D510 processor, Up to 4GB of RAM, 2.5-inch hard drive bay, DVD burner, 5-in-1 card reader, Built-in speakers, Six USB 2.0 ports, Optional Wi-Fi, Optional 3G and Optional WiMAX.

ECS GeForce 9800 GTX+ Hydra Pack

Elitegroup Computer Systems unveiled a new high end Nvidia-based graphics gamer pack which  includes two graphics cards and a cooling system. It is called the ECS GeForce 9800 GTX+ Hydra Pack – no specific pricing was mentioned.

The ECS GeForce 9800 GTX+ Hydra Pack bundles together two Nvidia N9800GTX+-512MX-W graphics cards and the ECS Hydra Cooling System. This package supports Nvidia PhysX as well as Nvidia CUDA technology, while the included cooling system is said to deliver just under 20 percent better cooling efficiency compared to similar liquid cooling systems.

ECS G10ILElitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) is an overseas computer manufacturer which is drawing a little bit of buzz with its most recent laptop. It is known as the ECS G10IL – no word on specific pricing or availability.

The ECS G10IL offers your choice of Windows XP or Linux as the operating system, a Diamondville CPU and an Intel 945 GSE (w/o S-Video) + ICH7M chipset. It includes a 10.2- or 8.9-inch display, 1.3-megapixel integrated digital camera and built-in tri-band HSDPA and HSUPA.
