LG unveils GD510 with optional Solar Panel coverLG has unveiled the LG GD510, a nice loking and compact 3-inch full touchscreen phone with WQVGA display resolution (240 x 400), 8GB internal memory and a 3 megapixel camera. The LG GD510 is made from brushed aluminum and features a single button on the bottom of the face that functions as the menu, end and cancel keys, depending on what mode the phone is in.

NES controller netbook coverThis beautiful item is the kind of thing that separates the real nerds from the pretenders. The NES controller netbook cover is for true nerds only.

What’s not to love? It looks just like the classic controller, is soft to the touch and keeps your netbook nice and cozy. It’s made of felt, so don’t be afraid to caress and gently stroke it my dork friend.

iPhone-generated artwork hits the cover of The New YorkerJorge Colombo’s cover for the June 1, 2009 issue of The New Yorker was created entirely in the Brushes iPhone app. Jorge told The New York Times that the device allows him to work “without having to carry all my pens and brushes and notepads with me.” And with results like the image above, what’s the difference really?

In this way an artist can also work without parking an easel and canvas along with art supplies in a public space, which allows him to be left alone. For this cover, he spent an hour on 42nd Street, and had no interruptions.

Fugly sweaters make your laptop look like Bill CosbyI personally can’t imagine wrapping any laptop in something this fugly. But maybe the Cos is making a comeback or something. These are one size fits all and will cost you $20 each. That way, you and your little dog and your laptop can all wear the same sweater.

Here’s an idea. If you feel the need to dress up your laptop in a shirt, why not take one of your own(Hopefully much cooler) and slide it on. The cost? Zero.

U-Suit Case turns your Macbook Air into a DellI’m not sure why on Earth you would want to, but the U-Suit Case makes your Macbook Air look a lot like a Dell. Most users who love their Macbook Air, probably aren’t very fond of the Dell Inspiron. But should you happen to love both, the U-Suit Premium from Uniea will let you rock both worlds.

Just slip the case made of napa leather on to your Macbook Air. It comes in black and red and is scratch resistant and impact resistant. The detailing is really nice and your laptop will be quite a conversation piece since it can’t make up it’s mind. Is it a Mac or a Dell?

Screaming Skull cover turns your PS3 into a horror movieYou can choose from many skins for your PS3, some cool, some tacky. But if you really want to feel like you are in the center of a horror movie, the Screaming Skull Protective Mask Cover may be for you. It makes your PS3 look like a screaming skull that’s trying to burst it’s way out and kill you dead. Which is totally original. I mean we haven’t seen that in a hundred movies.

It’s probably good for some Halloween gaming though. And you can tell your little brother that this is what happens to the souls of those who lose to you. The Screaming Skull Protective Mask Cover retails for only $10.99.
