Hands On: Sansa Clip+

SanDisk Sansa Clip+ MP3 playerSanDisk sent us a complimentary Sansa Clip+ to check out. After using it for several days, we’re ready to share our thoughts on the device. The original Sansa Clip has been a popular choice where cheap mp3 players are concerned and the Sansa Clip+ is even better.

The design beats the original, with a larger capacity and better features. The first thing that you notice is how durable this thing is. Despite it’s tiny size, it looks and feels tough. It’s definitely more durable than your average mp3 player. And it feels natural in your hand.

Endo Magnets hang up to 1-lb objects on your fridgeIf you’ve ever experienced your share of weak magnets, you can appreciate a good strong magnet. Ever had a magnet on your fridge holding a sheet of paper that is so weak, that you walk by and both magnet and paper fall to the floor? Or a magnet that won’t even fix two or three pieces of paper to the fridge? It’s those little annoyances that we could all do without.

These Endo magnet clips will do the job. Hell, if you want to put a heavy shoe on your fridge, you can. And it will stay. In fact, they can bear a load of 1 LB. Holds 20 sheets of paper. You could even hang up some of your gadgets and keep them organized. Just clip them in place. I’m not saying it’s a good idea to be hanging shoes on your fridge, but it’s nice to know you can.

Logitech V550 Nano mouse is always nearbyMany of you are not comfortable with your laptop’s touchpad and whenever possible choose to use a real mouse. Well, not a real one that eats cheese and spreads disease, squeaking when you click it. A computer mouse. But that’s not convenient when you’re on the go. The Logitech V550 Nano mouse could be your new favorite toy.

It has a Clip-and-Go dock that sticks to your notebook’s casing, so you can clip the cordless mouse to the outside, then take it with you. It’s a nice simple solution. This mouse also sports Logitech’s rapid-scroll wheel and an 18-month battery life. Oh, did I mention it also has a tiny wireless receiver that doesn’t stick out from the USB port? The V550 is available this month for $60 and it should make life easier for you.
