Laptop Case Against Crime makes your laptop look like a newspaper

Posted in Notebooks by Conner Flynn on August 25th, 2009

Laptop Case Against CrimeRemember that Undercover laptop sleeve that makes your laptop look like a padded envelope? The Laptop Case Against Crime is like that only it disguises your laptop as a newspaper. Great idea. Because who wants to steal a newspaper? No one reads the printed word anymore.

The case is made of plastic fabric and features a ziplock fastener to keep it sealed and protected. It comes with a removable carry chain, which won’t help with the illusion. Of course with the advent of so many laptop disguises thieves may just start stealing everything. Just to be thorough.

Orcish World Of Warcraft PC case

Orcish World Of Warcraft PC caseI’m not a WOW player, but this PC case with WOW art on it looks pretty damn sweet, featuring some Orc artwork. The translations make it difficult to figure out, but this is either a retail case or a PC case mod that will cost you $299.

If I was an uber WOW geek, I would snag this one up quick and brag to all of my guild mates about it. Then they would have no choice but to make me guild leader. One day it will happen. One day. It has to. It’s all I have. It is my destiny.

Cassette Nano Case is awesome

Cassette Nano Case is awesomeThese 45 Nano Cases are made from actual cassette tapes and will fit 4th gen iPod nanos. It doesn’t get much cooler than this. I would buy an iPod Nano just so I can put it in this case. You get 24 color options to choose from.

They gut the cassette, route it and make the Nano fit inside. Anyone rocking a Nano who actually used cassette tapes has to love this. It’s a law.

Undercover Laptop Sleeve

Undercover Laptop SleeveThe Undercover Laptop Sleeve is a padded laptop sleeve that helps protect your laptop from damage, while it also protects it from theft. The padded sleeve will prevent your laptop computer from getting banged up and scratched, but what’s awesome is that the outside of the sleeve is made to look like an old used padded envelope.

So people will think you have useless paperwork or something else inside. Thieves will pass it by, never knowing that they missed out on a laptop. You can even write on the envelope to make it more realistic.

Mixtape iPhone caseCheck out this retro cool limited edition iPhone case from Agent 18. It turns your iPhone into a mixtape. It’s just a hard plastic backside really. We don’t know exactly how limited these $30 cases are, so pre-order while you can.

The iPhone and iPod Touch are basically digital mix tapes anyway. Might as well look the part. And judging by most mixtapes, you should be grateful that any music is not included.
