If you want a DROID and a DROID Eris, here’s something for you. You have until Christmas Eve to make the purchase. Beginning today and until December 24th, Verizon Wireless is offering the DROID Eris as a Buy One, Get One Free promotion.

The same as last time, if you buy a DROID or a DROID Eris, you are eligible get a DROID Eris for free. As usual, you need a new two year customer agreement for each handset. But you saw that coming right?

Someone over at BlackBerry Rocks posted a photo of a Verizon flyer that shows a buy one get one free offer. The flyer depicts a Tour, Curve, Pearl Flip and…the Storm2. There aren’t any real details included, but one can only assume that it could be a Storm2 launch promo.

Its the kind of deal that Verizon would offer with the launch of a new device. We may know more soon if some more images and promo material pop up. A BOGO offer for the Storm2 at launch would be pretty sweet.

If you are considering picking up a BlackBerry, why not get two while you are at it? Verizon is kicking off their “Buy One, Get One” promotion. Apparently the deal covers not only a second BlackBerry but a netbook, PC card, USB modem or MiFi.

As is usually the case, you’re getting the cheapest item free and it’s rebate-based, so you will have to pay for both devices and then wait with baited breath for your check to arrive in the mail. Apparently the promotion starts today and runs through until October 10th.
