Nokia’s Booklet 3G coming to Best Buy on November 15th |
We knew that Nokia’s Booklet 3G was coming to Best Buy around the holidays at some point and now we’ve got some more precise info. Reward Zone members can head into their local store and place a pre-order right now, while for the rest of us it’s available on November 15th.
The Atom-powered netbook will sell for $299.99 with a 2-year AT&T data contract or $599.99 straight-up. The Booklet 3G features a 12 hour battery, Windows 7, Aluminium Body, HD screen with HDMI output and a SIM card slot for internet access.

Oops. Best Buy has listings for a number of accessories from Belkin for the as yet unannounced iPod touch 3rd generation. None of the listings mention a digital camera on the back of this new model, but they list six new case lines on their website. Some of those cases sport “hand straps” however, suggesting that it will have a camera.
Best Buy has an exclusive Black Swirl version of the popular Z30. This white version of the camera features all the same features as the rest of the line but instead of boring white, it features fancy swirly floral designs in black.

Having multiple monitors on your computer is a great way to get more productivity by being able to get more on the screen at one time. The catch is that notebooks and some desktop computers aren’t made to support more than one monitor.
Gizmodo has some screenshots from Best Buy’s inventory system showing the 16GB and 32GB Zune HD models going on sale September 8th for $220 and $290. Those prices are pretty cheap compared to the current iPod touch pricing, so the Zune HD is looking super competitive.
Here’s some good news for Pre fans who haven’t jumped on the bandwagon yet. The newest Best Buy ad shows the handset on sale for just $99 on a two-year contract. That’s $100 less than the previous price. The timing is interesting. This comes just a few days after Sprint CEO Dan Hesse said that “it’s too early to tell” if the Pre’s a hit.
Students only have a few weeks left before they have to head back to school in many areas of the country. It may seem like summer just started, but the end of July is already here and back to school shopping season is underway.
