Battleship gets a complete overhaul

I remember playing Battleship as a kid. It’s a classic that every kid enjoys at some point, but it has needed an update for a long time. So Hasbro is offering Battleship Live. For your $50 purchase you get an infrared light to cloak the board in order to “see” what is going on.

The gameplay remains the same, the object is to get the right coordinates to sink your opponent’s ships, but you also get spy planes which fly around a track and spy on your opponent’s ships, and to confirm your attack you need to cover both of the “confirm” squares on the side of the board.

Enigma Battleship Drinking Game

Enigma Battleship Drinking GameYou sank my liver! This Enigma Battleship Drinking Game doesn’t come from Milton Bradley. The classic Battleship game has been combined with alcoholism at long last. The idea is that you drink a shot of your favorite alcohol every time you get hit.

It was designed by Mauricio (Tony) Harion, from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, who must be a real hit at parties. What other drinking games will he come up with? Maybe he’ll turn candyland into brandyland. What about turning Clue into I have No Clue, I’m Hungover?
