BIAS lighting, in case you don’t know, is not lighting that favors some individuals over others. (Although some cameras can make it seem this way.) BIAS lighting is lighting located behind a monitor, so that you aren’t staring at a bright monitor in complete darkness around it. They help reduce eyestrain.

Antech has a new bias light that uses LED lights and is affordable at just $12.95. It has six LEDs on the back that create a nice soft glow behind your screen. The light will fit a screen of up to 24-inches and is powered by a USB port. Your eyes will thank you.
