Clamshell phone that looks like an Adidas sneaker

When knockoff makers get creative it’s always a surprise because they are so uncreative the rest of the time. Here we have an Adidas flip phone. The Adidas brand is even spelled correctly and it actually looks like a shoe. Adidas should be running with this idea and making an official phone themselves.

This “adidass808″ is not that great when it comes to specs though. It features a 2.4 inch screen (240 X 320), dual SIM card slots and camera (1.3 megapixel), FM radio, micro-SD card slot, mini-USB port, and a removable battery. It’s based on GSM, and runs “MTK platform”. There’s also up to 4 hours of standby time and 3 hours of talking time.

Adidas unveils Han Solo SL-72 shoes

When it comes to clothing, I rarely choose gear that has characters on it. You won’t catch me rocking a t-shirt with Darth Vader for instance. I might rock these shoes with Han Solo bling though.

Adidas has unveiled a new pair of shoes for its Star Wars collection that is called the Han Solo SL-72. It appears that the tongue of the shoe has a shot of Solo encased in carbonite.

Adidas USB flash drive looks like luggage

Flash drives all the look the same for the most part. But Adidas has their own USB flash drive, which stands out from the crowd. These drives are used for marketing purposes and sports a unique design that resembles a miniature roll-on suitcase with three stripes.

It’s different and you have to love the way the USB connector hides away when not needed. If they made this one available to everyone, they would do well.

Adidas Calculator Watch

Adidas wants a piece of the calculator watch market and they hope that you will choose theirs to unleash your inner math nerd. This one comes in several colors and looks super retro. The colors include black, gold, blue and lilac colorways.

These calculator watches may be awesome, but make sure you stick to simple math. I don’t want to hear a news story about how some dude tried to do his taxes on his wrist watch and got himself into trouble. Just use it for simple stuff and to look cool.

Unofficial Adidas phone

Unofficial Adidas phoneLooking for a phone that matches your fancy Adidas shoes? Well, you can get this one, but despite it’s looks, it isn’t an official handset from the sportswear giant. Sure it has the Adidas logo on the front of this clamshell, but that’s really all we know about it.

You can probably expect the usual specifications of such clones, like dual SIM and a digital camera as well as a complete lack of quality at a high price. We will probably see a Nike version very soon.

Adidas Darth Vader shoes, mint on the card

Adidas Darth Vader shoes, mint on the card
What am I always saying? If you want a geek’s money, brand it Star Wars and put it in a bubble on a card. Geek money is now your money. The Adidas Superstar X Star Wars shoes come in black or white, black being much cooler since they are accented to look like Vader’s helmet.

They are a very limited edition and probably gone already. They did a great packaging job since this is gonna remind every geek of the action figure packaging. I’m sure many will buy these just to keep them in the package and take up more space in their mother’s house.
