“The best online photo management and sharing application in the world.” may not be able to make that claim any longer. It has deleted more than 4,000 pictures from a very prolific user. Flickr then sent photo blogger Mirco Wilhelm a so-called apology.

Understandably it irritated Mirco even further as he took to his blog with a post titled “You have to f**king kidding, Yahoo!” So, how did this happen? Well, Mirco realized that another blogger was using his photos and wanted Flickr to help, so he reported the problem. Then Flickr “accidentally deleted” Mirco’s account and when he contacted Flickr about this they responded like this:

Michael Hedges purchased 4,500 iPads. No he did not lose his mind. They were purchased for his company Medtronic to use. Michael Hedges is the CIO, vice president, and head of global IT at Medtronic, which has 40,000 employees.

Hedges was one of the first corporate users to show an interest in the iPad, switching the normally gigantic expensive displays at a trade show Medtronic sets up at with iPads at its booth. That was less than a week after the iPad was released. And now he has purchased 4,500 iPads for the company.

Archos hasn’t said anything official yet, but there are leaks of the Archos 2 and 4 players, with the Archos 2 listed on Amazon. Don’t expect anything too Earth shattering here. They’re just another alternative to what the company already offers.

For $60 you’ll get 8GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot, 1.8″ display at 128 x 160 resolution and voice recording capability. Not bad for the price. The 16GB model will cost you more of course. We don’t know much about the Archos 4. Just that it has a 4″ display and up to 32GB of internal flash memory.

Konami’s limited edition Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 seems absolutely plain when compared to this custom-made system built by Morpheon Mods. It’s absolutely drool worthy and available for auction on eBay. Some of the features include a laser-cut, stainless steel MGS4 marquee, a laser-etched image of Solid Snake himself, a carbon fiber Fox Hound logo on the back, and 14 white micro LEDs to light it all up. That’s Hideo Kojima’s autograph as well.
