The Nintendo Wii game console has again come out on top in U.S. sales for the month of April compared to other same-generation game consoles, according to a report by the NPD group. In April Nintendo sold 360,000 of the Wii consoles compared to 174,000 with the Xbox 360 and 82,000 Playstation 3′s.
