Wiimote assassination kit probably not a good idea

We’ve covered our share of Wiimote accessories. Some, like the Shark Gun are downright strange. But nothing beats this latest bundle from Dragon Electronics, which offers no less than eight deadly ways to accessorize your Wiimote and nunchuck.

It includes a pair of daggers, an axe, a curved sword and a pistol to name a few. There must be some Chuck Norris Ninja game that I’m not aware of. What’s next, a screw together Wiimote rifle that comes in a silver briefcase? I bet they would call it the Oswald or “The Book Depository”. Anyway, if you want 8 dangerous weapons for your Wiimote, you can get this bundle for just under $30.

Wii Shark gun is the oddest Wii gun yet

Wii Shark Gun controller accessoryThe Wii shark gun may just be one accessory too many. Does it jump the shark? Probably. I think the packaging says it all, showing a tough U.S. soldier in uniform aiming this thing at the target. Then in the lower right we see the typical James Bond like silhouette. Apparently the world loves this gun. I especially like the “Playing easily. Playing happily.” slogan. They left out, “Looking like a tool”.

You stick your Wiimote on the top, then hook up your Nunchuck to the shark’s ass and then get ready for hours of fun. I guess if you were actually playing a game that involved sharks it might not be so bad. If you absolutely have to have every Wii accessory, $10 is a fair price to pay for aiming a shark at your TV.

Wii Gameblaster from dreamGear

Here’s the latest in Wii attachments(It’s like the Wii is a vacuum) from dreamGear. A wireless gun that is compatible with all Wii shooting games and first-person shooters. Basically what they have done here is combine the Wiimote and the Nunchuck controllers into a single device. Of course it can be used by either left handed or right handed players and will kill a large variety of bad guys.

It’s kinda cool looking in a vintage Sci-Fi movie way. Looks pretty comfortable too. The price is $34.99 each. It arrives just in time for Christmas.

Wii Zapper-Like “Light Gun” From Brando

Wii 2 in 1 Light Gun from Brando uses both controllers in a tommy gun configurationIt looks like Brando might have beat Nintendo out of the gate with their own Wii controller “tommy gun” configuration. This Wii 2 in 1 Light Gun from Brando looks a lot like the Zapper that’s expected to be released by Nintendo in November, which will ship along with a Crossbow training game.

This version from Brando is available now and is listed at $18, $2 under the expected price of the Zapper but with no game. But, unfortunately we’re still going to have to wait a little longer for the Wii games to come out that take advantage of this plastic mold.

Wii Zapper will ship with crossbow training game when it releases in NovemberThe Wii controller-combo gun dubbed the Zapper which we heard about back in July is gearing up to launch in November and will come packaged with Link’s Crossbow Training, a Zelda-like target shooting game likely designed to help learn the use of the controller accessory.

The Zapper is really little more than a molded piece of plastic, but is specifically designed to hold the two wireless, motion-sensitive Wii controllers in the shape of a short two-handed gun.

Once you become proficient at using the Zapper …

Wii Rifle GunHot on the heels of the Wii Zapper (for all your laser blasting needs) comes this little invention, the Wii Rifle Gun Prop. Slide in your remote and nunchuk and now you can fire buckshot with the best of ‘em. Fans of “Resident Evil” will see the lovely possibilities here when you need to fight off a zombie horde.

The Rifle Gun is ergonomically balanced and weighted. The grip is designed so that you can hold it with just one hand or dual handed. Perhaps best of all it has a “lock and load” ability …

Wii Zapper Game Controller… Holder

Wii Zapper The Wii Balance Board might have gotten the biggest show but it certainly wasn’t the only cool thing Nintendo unveiled today. The Wii Zapper is a controller accessory that holds both the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk to make somewhat of an elaborate automatic weapon to use in game play. The sounds of on-screen battle can even be heard through the speaker on the Wii Remote.

Nintendo says the Wii Zapper name hasn’t been decided for sure, but the design is pretty much done. Planning on hitting shelves later this year, the Wii gun holder will …
