Regen Reverb: A 3 foot tall Solar-Powered iPod dockWell, we all loved Regen’s Renu solar-powered iPod dock, but this guy pictured above towers over it. It’s called the Reverb and it’s 3-feet tall, living solely to crank out 60 watts of power using the power of the sun.

This bad boy will play your music for 4.5 hours at full volume or 12 hours at a normal volume. BUT, it takes 20 hours of outdoor sun exposure (or 40 hours indoor) to get a full charge. If you are not the patient type, the Reverb can be powered using a regular electrical socket.

Regen ReNu is a sexy and green iPhone chargerSure, there are plenty of solar powered chargers to charge your gadgets, but few are as sexy or as versatile as the forthcoming Regen ReNu. The solar panel is used along with one of several optional bases. These include an iPod/iPhone dock, a sound dock with it’s own speakers, and an LED desk lamp.

The built in battery constantly stores juice even when your iPod isn’t docked, so that the ReNu can then transfer the charge into your device. It can even pull power from a wall socket if you don’t have light in your space.

adamom1Dell has been teasing us for over a month now with shots of that mega thin and sexy Adamo XPS notebook computer. The thing little beast first dropped in a teaser image on 9-9-09 and since then Dell has offered up a few more teaser shots.

Today Dell finally offered the price and a lunch date for the machine. The Adamo XPS will be available on October 22, the day Windows 7 launches. The notebook will sell for $2,000. That is certainly not cheap, but honestly I wouldn’t have been surprised if the machine was $500 or more higher than that price.

Adamo XPSDell has been teasing its uber-thin Adamo XPS for awhile now, but next Thursday Dell will fully reveal the slimmest laptop ever. The 0.39-inch Adamo XPS has a price tag of $2,000, and while we still don’t have all of the details, according to a Business Week article it features a “heat-sensing strip on the lip that, when swiped with a finger, glows white and automatically opens the aluminum lid.”

Sounds sexy. The ambitious machine is part of an overall effort to get people talking about Dell once again and so far it seems to be working.

Adamo XPSJust look at that sexy laptop. You can practically floss with that thing. Dell’s latest tease of its amazingly thin Adamo XPS notebook has us all drooling. It shows the unusual way in which the laptop unfolds and we have to admit, we like it. A lot.

The Adamo XPS is just 9.99mm-thick and you really can’t get any thinner. Not using today’s technology. It really looks well engineered with that offset hinge, which unfolds the keyboard from the back of the screen, apparently allowing it to stand on its own. We can’t wait to see more.
