Nokia has announced the Nokia 5330 Mobile TV Edition, a mobile handset that focuses on mobile broadcast TV (DVB-H), social networking, music and gaming all in one compact 3G slider. This handset is all about offering users a convenient way to access TV while on the run. It features a 2.4-inch QVGA color display and a 3.5mm headphone jack so you can use a set of superior headphones if you like.

The 5800 XpressMusic is a touch phone, sporting a 2.9″ 16M color display with a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels.

The big announcement is three new handsets from Nokia that will be debuting at first in Europe. Nokia is now debuting here in the United States a new, very slim QWERTY smartphone. It is called the E71 and pricing is set around $500.

Mobile phone giant Nokia and Yahoo! announced today that they will be expanding their partnership to include Yahoo! branded internet services including Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Messenger on Nokia mobile devices.

The services will be made available on Nokia phones running Nokia’s Series 40 platform. Series 40 is the software system that powers many of Nokia’s mobile devices.
