Nyko Wii Wands get some color |
Right when Nintendo finally puts some black on your Wiimote, Nyko is dropping four new candy colors for its Wand Wii remote.
Looks like Nyko is following Nintendo closely, offering the same blue and pink color choices that Nintendo is offering in Japan. There’s also black and purple. They should be available now for $29.99.


Word is that NVIDIA has won a contract with Nintendo for an upcoming handheld game console. Some are describing it as the “successor of the DS/DSi”. Speculation is that the new device would be available around 2010. If true, would this be the current Tegra? Or the next-generation Tegra?
We’ve been waiting for various color
Here’s an interesting eBook from Asus dubbed the eee-Book, sporting two color displays that lets you flip the pages like you would on a real book. Think of it as a large Nintendo DS on it’s side. You can also browse the web on one of the displays, presumably while reading on the other.
That black Nintendo Wii console that popped up not so long ago looked pretty cool, the problem was the console never made it to America for those tired of the white version we can get. Nintendo President and COO Reggie Fils-Aime announced at a conference that we will at least be getting some new color accessories for the Wii and new DSi colors.
You know the old saying, once you go Wii black you never go back. Sadly, we will never know if that’s true or not. Why? We can only assume that Nintendo hates God, America and Apple pie. Sigh. Fans have been waiting for a Wii of any color other than white for years. And it looks like we will go on waiting.
