A-Data Technology has unveiled their newest line of USB 3.0 portable hard drives, the Nobility NH13. Despite the name they aren’t just for royalty. You can get one too.

They come in both 500GB and 750GB capacities and these 2.5-inch hard drives have a scratch-resistant metallic chassis, a USB 3.0 connection and come in glossy black and lustrous silver. Pricing and release date are a mystery.

400 Million Windows 7 Licenses Sold

Microsoft sure is a different company than it was a few years ago. Well now it looks like they have sold 400 million Windows 7 copies and 100 million Office 2010 copies. And now the Windows 8 public beta is set to make an appearance at CES 2012.

Those numbers make it the fastest-selling OS in history. Many of us will go ahead and spend another $100 on the newest Windows version and complete the cycle all over again. Microsoft is pretty happy about that tonight.

SoCool X7 Android Tablet

Chinese-based SoCool (We can’t vouch for their coolness factor) is showing off their newest Android tablet called the X7. The device sports a 7.0-inch 800 x 480 multi-touch display, a MALI400 GPU, 512MB DDR2 RAM, and 8GB of flash storage.

Other features include a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), 1080p Full HD video playback, WiFi, a mini USB port, an HDMI port, a 3800mAh battery and Android 2.2 OS. No info on pricing or a release date yet.

Samsung Droid Charge coming to Verizon on April 28th for $300

Verizon Wireless and Samsung are slapping a $299.99 subsidized price on Samsung’s newest handset. The phone is finally official. You can expect it on April 28th. On that day you can get the phone which features a 4.3-inch AMOLED Plus display, rear 8 megapixel camera, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera, 1GHz processor, Android 2.2 and LTE support.

Unlimited 4G data plans are $29.99. The phone’s price is expensive, but keep in mind that you get a mobile hotspot for “no additional charge”. Are you getting this one?

MTS 1055 Android Tablet for Russia

MTS has just released their newest Android tablet for the Russian market. The MTS 1055 features a 7-inch 800 x 480 capacitive multitouch display, a Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), and a 3.0-megapixel rear-facing camera.

Other features include an FM tuner, GPS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a microUSB port, a 3.5mm headset jack, a 3400mAh battery and Android 2.2 Froyo is running the show. The MTS 1055 will cost you 13,000 Rubles ($465 American).

Ben Heck Builds 1970s Atari-Style Xbox 360

Ben Heck, the man behind thousands of awesome mods is back. This time it’s an old school 1977 Atari merged with the Xbox 360 in a laptop kind of deal. This custom mod looks just like Atari would have made the device had they been capable.

It will handle all of the newest games and the old, including Yar’s Revenge and Star Raiders. In his latest show, he takes viewers through the entire build process. The final build is a thing of geek beauty. He has done it yet again.

Seagate 3TB Barracuda XT Hard Drive

Seagate, who is always rolling out the latest and greatest hard drives now has another new offering. No surprise there. Their newest 3.5-inch hard drive comes equipped with 3TB of storage space.

It’s called the Barracuda XT and the drive features a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, 64MB of cache memory and works at 7200 RPM. The 3TB Barracuda XT is available for purchase now if you have the scratch for just $279.

It’s not often we can say that a mouse is in vogue, but Genius is offering their newest wireless mouse called the Navigator 905 Vogue. It uses BlueEye tracking technology, which means that it works on almost any surface.

It’s travel-friendly and comes with a 3-button design and a 2.4GHz radio frequency, 1200 dpi resolution and a tiny USB receiver. The Navigator 905 Vogue will cost you $45. Maybe it’s the mouse for you.

Acer AZ5750-F54 All-In-One Desktop PC with Blu-ray

Acer has unveiled their newest all-in-one desktop PC in Japan. It sports a Blu-ray drive and goes by the model number AZ5750-F54. Like othe all-in-ones, this will save you some desktop space.

Other features include a 23-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD display, a 3.2GHz Intel Core i5-650 dual-core processor, 4GB of RAM, a 1TB hard drive, a webcam, a card reader, TV tuner, WiFi and it runs Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

Silicon Power 32GB Class 4 microSDHC Card

Need a little more storage space in your microSDHC card? Well, Silicon Power has unveiled their newest powerful bit of silicone, a 32GB microSDHC card which comes with Class 4 Speed specification.

This tiny card can store up to 9,000 photos, 6,000 songs or 500 minutes of HD video, and will give you transfer speeds of at least 4MB/s. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing right now. Hopefully we will know soon.

Apacer’s latest Wireless Mouse

The newest addition to Apacer’s wireless mouse line-up is the colorful and compact M822. These are powered by a AA battery and they look at least a bit more stylish than your average mouse.

This compact mouse has a 3-button design, a 1200 dpi laser sensor and a 2.4GHz radio frequency. No info yet on pricing or a release date at the moment though.

Viliv X70 Windows 7 tablet with Oak Trail processor

Viliv’s newest tablet is the X70, which packs in a 1.5GHz Oak Trail processor. The 7-inch tablet with capacitive touch display also speeds up Windows 7 performance with both Home and Starter packs. It also delivers a 6.5 hour battery life.

Other features include a split keyboard that makes thumb typing easier, a 3-megapixel camera in back and a 1.3-megapixel camera up front, and an optical trackpad.

Lexar 64GB and 128GB Class 10 SDXC cards

Professional video types will be happy to hear about Lexar Media’s two newest cards. The 64GB and 128GB Class 10 SDXC cards, which “offer minimum guaranteed speeds of 133x (20MB per second),” and ship with a limited lifetime warranty.

If all goes according to plan, and we can’t see why it wouldn’t, they will arrive later this quarter. The prices are $399.99 for 64GB and $699.99 for 128GB.

Kingston unveils SSDNow V+100 SSDs

Kingston has announced their newest range of 2.5-inch SSDs, the SSDNow V+100. these are available in 64GB, 96GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB sizes and the high-performance SSDs are equipped with MLC NAND flash memory chips, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 1 million hours and an improved controller for up to 25 percent better performance compared to the original SSDNow V series.

They also use the ‘Always On’ Garbage Collection technology, which cleans redundant data from the drive to prevent performance degradation and maintains the drive over its life cycle. The 64GB, 96GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB models are priced at $220, $274, $390, $885 and $1,885.
