Sega toys unveils Wappy Dog |
Forget the i-Dog. Check out this toe tapping robotic dog called Wappy Dog from Sega Toys. Sega Toys and Activision will be releasing this new robotic mutt alongside a video game for the Nintendo DS. Wappy interacts the video game and your child alone.
You can talk to the dog and pet it and Wappy will respond by making noises, moving or glowing with it’s colored lights. Sound is actually what makes Wappy tick. The beeps fromthe video game will have Wappy reacting in various ways.








Above is a Microsoft Word document from SEGA America’s official FTP site in SEGA’s news directory. It could be there as a joke, but if it’s real, then it reveals some interesting details. Mainly that Sony will be launching its PS3 motion controller in Japan in March of 2010, then elsewhere in the Spring.

Microsoft isn’t messing around this holiday season. They want consoles in homes. They dropped the price on all Xbox 360 SKU’s a few months ago, and it just got better. Microsoft has announced that later this month the new 360’s will hit store shelves with some free games included.
