If you’re looking for an attractive and cheap iPad Nano alternative, this one will only cost you $29 and it looks like it is quality for that price. The Coby MP620 is a video and MP3 player that shares a similar form-factor with the Nano.

Sort of looks like those really small phasers from Star Trek: The Next Generation too. This device features a 1.8″ color LCD screen, and an FM radio. It comes in black, red or blue with a 4GB capacity for just $29.55 or $43.05 for the 8GB version.

LimbGear’s iHood Interactive Hoodie turns that old campus sweatshirt into something new. It’s available as a pullover or full zip hood sweatshirt. This interactive hoodie will free you of mp3 player wires by integrating music controls right on the sleeve.

The sweatshirt costs about $69 and you’ll need LimbGear’s PANiQ Controller for the sweatshirt to be fully functional with your iPhone or iPod. The PANiQ controller costs another $24.95, making the final package about $100.

Google workers get sweet nap pods

Google is famous for its perks and the things that its workers can enjoy at company HQ. From game rooms to gourmet meals and more, Google tries all sorts of things to keep the workers happy and productive. When most companies get mad at workers for napping on the job, Google encourages it.

A reporter from the Financial Times was at Google HQ in California and snapped a pic of an employee using a cool high tech sleep pod. The pod is made by a company called Metronaps.

The i-Station TimeCube clock radio also sports snooze and sleep functions, a built-in LED clock with adjustable dimmer levels, and a 3.5mm line-in port for connecting other MP3 players.

iHome ZN90B Zune dock

This may be the nicest looking Zune dock out there. The ZN90B dock is available for pre-order now, for only $100, and has AM/FM presets, EQ controls and iHome’s “Reson8″ speaker chambers which provide “astounding clarity, depth and power.” Oh and an alarm function too.

It will run on a pair of AA batteries, so you can take it with you anywhere, or can be charged via the AC charger. Expect it to be available sometime this month. It’s great for charging your Zune while playing music.

Is this Nintendo’s 3DS?

Official details of the 3D-capable Nintendo 3DS haven’t been officially unveiled just yet, but word on the street is that the portable console will have two different screen designs, a tilt sensor, and will be very powerful. The latest leak suggests that the 3DS could offer users a larger 3D display on top, while the bottom screen will have similar specifications to the original DS’ bottom touchscreen.

There’s also the possibility of a 3D camera that could allow you to take photos and videos that will appear in 3D on the display. Other improvements include a better media player with hardware AAC and MP3 decoding.

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is coming soon for the PSP, and to celebrate, Sony has a custom-painted W252 Walkman. The wearable MP3 player can hold up to 2GB of your favorite music, and comes with six preloaded tunes from the Peace Walker soundtrack.

Aside from that, it has the camo theme and is water-resistant and super durable. If you love MGS, keep an eye out for this one. Available from June 2010.

Samsung MP3 player gets 60 hours on a single charge

It used to be a fairy tale dream for your digital audio player to give you more than two full days without needing a charge. These days we are living the dream, but it’s still not that often we see a DAP with 60 hours of battery life.

Especially one that features a 3-inch, QVGA TFT LCD that plays ten hours of DivX, Xvid, WMV and H.264 video to boot, like Samsung’s YP-RB. Looks like the player comes in 4, 8 and 16GB varieties. Here’s hoping we see this one hit stateside soon.
