iLive intros new bar speakers with integrated iPod docksiLive has introduced two new bar speakers with integrated iPod docks, DVD players and even good old AM/FM radio, with the iT319B and iT209B. The iT319B is a 3.1-channel speaker system with built-in subwoofer and SRS TruSound technology, that will upconvert DVDs to 1080p. It also features 10 radio station presets and a remote for controlling the speaker and your docked iPod. The line-in jack lets you plug in your other audio devices.

The iT209B is the larger of the pair and has most of the same features as the iT319B. No slot-loading DVD player though, along with the HDMI and upconversion features found in the iT319B.

Sony SRS-GD50iP iPod dock with USB speakersThe first thing you may notice about the SRS-GD50iP is the oversized subwoofer. Which makes the whole setup look a bit odd. Despite that, Sony is all about convergence here, with the speakers able to serve as a 2.1 PC set via USB. They can also use the same connection to sync up and charge your Apple device if you like.

The SRS-GD50iP features 60 watts of power and comes with a really tiny remote control to make that subwoofer look even more menacing. The entire setup will run you $199 and it can be had right now.

Revo IKON iPhone dock with DAB radioRevo has a new radio dock, the IKON, with DAB+ radio and Internet radio. It also functions as an iPhone/iPod dock and features media sharing capability from both Macs and PCs over a local Ethernet or Wi-Fi network. What really sets it apart is the 3.5″ touchscreen display, which offers a much better interface and will show off the usual info like album art and song data.

The bookshelf-sized stereo also provides FM radio and an aux-in jack for alternative sources. The Revo IKON also sports flat-panel NXT speakers with 30W of power. It’s set to arrive in the UK for £280. After that the IKON will ship worldwide in October.

The “premium” ALT-SA31iR multi-room iPod package is comprised of an iPod / iPhone docking station and a pair of wireless speakers, along with an AM / FM tuner and an LCD-equipped S-AIR remote commander.

The AIR-SW10Ti iPod docking station adds a wireless subwoofer, while the ALT-SA32PC multi-room audio package has an S-AIR transmitter that connects to your PC via USB and a pair of wireless speakers. While the ALT-A33PC has an identical USB S-AIR transmitter, but also includes a universal receiver with analog audio inputs.

logitechs315iWhen I hear the name Logitech, I immediately think of mice and keyboards. That’s not all the company is about though. Logitech also makes all sorts of other gear from remote controls to speakers for computers and headphones.

Logitech has announced a couple new iPod and iPhone speaker docks. The S315i is the coolest and has a rechargeable battery inside to allow you to play your music wherever you are. The dock is good for 20 hours of music playback per charge in power-saving mode and charges your iPod or iPhone while the music plays.

Buffalo’s new multipurpose stereo speakersThe BSSP07 from Buffalo is a new series of stereo speakers that you can use with MP3 players, mobile phones, or iPods. They aren’t much to look at, but they do the job and are available in four different colors.

The speaker will give you up to 800mWatt x 2ch, which should be enough for use in any small room. The Buffalo BSSP07 requires four AA batteries or a spare USB port to operate. Nothing on pricing just yet, but it shouldn’t cause you too much pain.
