That cool set of wireless headphones isn’t the only piece of wireless gaming hardware that Logitech is whipping out today. Logitech has also unveiled a new wireless gaming mouse called the G700.

The G700 uses the cool new nano receiver from Logitech that takes up very little space and can even be left plugged in on gaming notebooks. The mouse has a battery good for hours of gaming per charge.

Some of the best keyboards and computer mice I have used have been from Logitech. In fact, I am typing on a Logitech keyboard right now and I use a Logitech G15 for my gaming machine. The company makes gobs of peripherals that are among the best you can get.

Logitech has announced its latest wireless desktop called the MK700. The desktop features a mouse and keyboard that are designed for comfort. The keyboard has Incurve Keys with concave key tops to help position your fingers and softly rounded edges to allows your fingers to glide between the keys.

It should be available by the time you read this for around $4,199.99. But if I were you I’d pay extra to get rid of the whole fire motif. With those specs, it’s a damn shame Toshiba is so set on making you look like a flaming dork.

Most people would prefer wireless gear to similar wired gear. I can think of a few exceptions to that though, namely PC gaming gear like keyboards and mice. However, when it comes to console gaming wireless is where it’s at.

Logitech, besides announcing a wireless Wii keyboard, also unveiled today a force feedback steering wheel for the PlayStation 3. It is called the Logitech Driving Force Wireless and it prices around $100.

The Logitech Driving Force Wireless wheel makes use of force feedback, which “creates directionally precise, tactile feedback that accurately simulates forces experienced in the game.” This wheel is also wireless, making use of a USB receiver to connect to the PS3.

A niche computer maker by the name of Vology is claiming today the mantle of the world’s fastest gaming laptop. While we have yet to verify that, you can at least learn a little more about the Vology Limited Edition Predator X-2 and its $4,600 price tag.

The Vology Limited Edition Predator X-2, according to Vology, is outfitted with “an Intel Core 2 Quad 2.66GHz, nVidia GeForce 8800M GTX 512MB DDR3, and 4GB of DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz.” It includes as well a full size keyboard with personalized hot keys and a 17-inch monitor.

Logitech has announced a new wireless keyboard and headset designed for use with the Playstation 3 game console coming to shelves yet this fall. Both PS3 accessories will use Bluetooth technology to connect to the game console.

The new keyboard from Logitech connects to the PS3 wirelessly and runs on two AA batteries promising up to 200 hours of use. The MediaBoard Pro Bluetooth Keyboard comes in a thin, glossy black finish with many features designed specifically for interacting with the PS3.
