Acer’s latest All-in-one looks pretty nice. The Aspire AZ3100-U3072 features with a 21.5-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD display, a 2.0GHz AMD Athlon II 170u processor, and a NVIDIA GeForce 9200 graphics card.

Other features include 3GB RAM, a 500GB hard drive, a webcam, a DVD drive, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi, an HDMI port, two built-in speakers and it comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium for the OS.

I remember the old vinyl records that my parents had around the house as a kid. I had a few records when I was young too. I once left my copy of Funky Town in the sun only to find it melted and warped later. If you have a bunch of old records you want to listen to on the go or make into digital tracks Crosley has a new turntable for you.

The turntable is called the CR6002A and is a small and portable device that leaves the edges of the record uncovered. The device supports both 33 1/3 and 45-RPM records and has an integrated FM transmitter.

Jensen JiPS-250i iPad dock with video out, speakers

Jensen has a new dock for your iPad, the JiPS-250i. It works with iPads, iPods and iPhones, but the rotating dock is designed specifically for the iPad, allowing users to adjust the display for portrait or landscape viewing. Built-in speakers amplify sound, while a video line-out let’s you attach a separate display.

There’s also a free companion app that features an alarm clock, voice recording, calendar, equalizer, music player, photo album, and social networking integration. A remote control is included.

Toshiba REGZA HDTVs with integrated HDD or USB storage

Toshiba Japan has updated their REGZA HDTV range with select models supporting USB hard-drives or coming with 500GB of storage built-in. The Toshiba REGZA R1 series comes in 32-, 37- and 42-inch sets, while the REGZA H1 series comes in 32- and 37-inch sets.

Each has a USB port and Full HD resolution (Aside from the 32-inch models, which get 720p support). There’s also the entry level Toshiba REGZA A1 series, with 19-, 22- and 26-inch models, which all offer 720p HD resolution.

Toshiba Regza LED LCD TVs do LAN recording

Toshiba’s latest line of Regza LED LCD TVs have been announced for the Japanese market. The Z1 series comes in a range of 37″ to 55″ edge-lit LEDs, with USB and LAN recording functionality. That’s right, these Regza LED LCD TVs can record over a network.

Some other specifications include video-on-demand support, 10Wx2 speakers, Regza Link, four HDMI ports and an SD/SDHC memory card slot. Prices range from $2,700 to $5,200.

Mitsubishi launches new 23-inch Eco-friendly LCD monitor

If you’re looking for something a tad more Earth friendly in a monitor, this may be for you. Mitsubishi Electric has released a new addition to its Diamondcrysta WIDE family of monitors, the RDT232WLM. This new model features a 23-inch TN panel as well as an ECO Mode that will lower power consumption by as much as 35%.

That’s pretty decent my eco-loving friends. It’s available in black or white and has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 5ms response time, a brightness of 250 cd/m2, a 1000:1 contrast ratio (5000:1 DCR), D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs, and a couple of 1W speakers.

Philips unveils 240B1CS Full HD monitor

Philips has unveiled their latest Full HD monitor, the 240B1CS. This one is aimed at the office crowd and features a 24-inch widescreen with 1920 x 1200 Full HD resolution.

Some other features include: 25,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 5ms response time, 300 cd/m2 brightness and it consumes just 30.7W of power while in ECO mode. There’s also two 1.5W speakers and D-Sub, DVI and USB connectors.

Panasonic’s 3D full HD TVs get prices and dates

Panasonic Japan, just like everyone else, is going 3D crazy. Today they presented 6 3D products to be rolled out soon. And the company has priced and dated these new TVs, Blu-ray recorders and players for the Japanese market.

The VIERA TH-P54VT and TH-P50VT2 feature 54 inches and 50 inches of screen size. Both plasma TVs are full HD with 3D. Sadly you need to wear Active shutter glasses for that 3D experience. Some other specs include a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, VIERA link, web connectivity, 4 HDMI ports, multiple TV tuners, eco-mode, full range 16×4cm×2 speakers and a 10cm sub-woofer. Be prepared to pay a premium for the 3D experience.

Alphascan Touch Smart W7-220 Monitor

Two cute girls with an Alphascan monitor in the middle. These gadgets get more play than us humans. If only these girls would leave smudge marks all over me. Such is life. Alphascan’s latest LCD monitor is the Touch Smart W7-220.

The 22-inch LCD monitor features multi-touch technology, a high-gloss black bezel and a crystal stand. Some other features of the Alphascan Touch Smart W7-220 include a 60,000:1 contrast ratio, a 5ms response time, integrated stereo speakers, a HDCP port and eco mode to lower power consumption by up to 65%.

RoyalTek’s RPJ-2000 pico projector

Another day, another pico-projector. This latest is a new model by RoyalTek, the RPJ-2000, all set to be the first of several from the company in 2010. The RPJ-2000 uses a second-gen 3M LCoS chipset and will project up to a 65-inch image with 14 lumens brightness and 640 x 480 resolution.

This one includes VGA and NTSC/PAL TV inputs, but there’s no integrated mediaplayer or onboard storage. They do throw in 0.5W stereo speakers and the RPJ-2000 is Apple-certified so you can use it with iPods and iPhones. You just have to add $43 for the adapter kit on top of the $315 price.

Lisse MyRacer H10 HD WXGA player announcedLisse just announced a new addition to its MyRacer series, the Lisse MyRacer H10. The design is a bit more traditional than say, the Lisse MyRacer T10 or the Q10.

This player features support for 720p videos, and a variety of video, picture and music formats, as well as a 5-inch WXGA 1280 x 720 display, HDMI output, FM radio, voice recording and built-in speakers.

Microwave with built-in YouTube playerA couple of boffins from Japan’s Keio University didn’t have enough YouTube in their lives, so they have developed a microwave aimed at other geeks just like them. I’m talking a YouTube-powered microwave. Because heating up those hotpockets can get boring.

The “Castoven” is based on a conventional, unbranded model of “good quality” and features a 10.4-inch LCD screen in the door panel and speakers. It’s connected to a Mac, but could easily work with Windows computers as well.

bosseband-sbIf you are a guitarist that is lacking in the band mates department and looking for a way to practice by yourself, Boss has introduced a new gadget for you. The device is called the eBand JS-8 and is a music player specifically for the guitarist.

The device has built-in stereo speakers and offers playback of music, solos, riffs and other content that the guitarist can play along with. Music can be loaded onto the device from normal USB sticks and SD cards. Software is also included for importing CD tracks to the device.
